Judson Mill Play Cafe

Nice play alternative for indoors. Lots to do and it's nice that they have staff that supervise some areas. It was clean and I liked how they have chairs everywhere. My only complaint is that when we were checking in for a party, it took almost 15 mins for that to happen. Just the waiting process as time consuming and they had 3 people checking in.

Chaos ruled in here today. The line was out the door to get inside. Kinda expensive too, $18 for kids but free 2 and under. Adults are free so that a great thing. I wouldn't want to pay to get into this circus. The kids were having a ball but getting knocked over by bigger kids running around. I only saw 1 staff worker trying to referee the insanity. He was doing a great job as well but there needed to be more staff like him. We ordered food and took almost an hour to get it. Only 1 staff on the cash register. In general kinda messy and bathrooms needed cleaning. Mostly on a weekend there needs to be way more staff working. Next time we will go during week day. Weekend days are way too crowded and hectic.

Let me start off by saying the Play Cafe can absolutely get to 5 stars. They have a lot of room for improvement. Pros: -Lots of comfortable seating for parents with good views of the play equipment. - Fun, large play structures that are easy to see into. - Clean- Bathrooms located inside the business-Stroller friendlyCons:- It feels like they rushed to open to grab business for spring breaks. - Playhouses lack a lot. They could be decorated and styled better with more toys in them. Not well thought out. - Cafe not operational. Only a few snacks offered. - Lack of signage with prices or any information- More clear signage needed from outside the building so people know which doors to enter. Parents be warned it's a long walk, especially if you're parked in the back extended lots. Really glad I had my stroller. Please take 2-3 weeks and close down and finish the playhouses and cafe. You'll be ready for summer crowds and lots of business. My kids had a good time, but I'd love to see this place reach it's full potential.
