Definitely worth your time!JP's Hoise is conveniently located in a shopping center near Harris Teeter. They have plenty of seating options but I opted for takeout. Ordering was super easy and so was pickup. The staff were all very friendly and it was super easy to just walk in the door and walk right out with the food. No wait at all!The food was really great. I did the sushi and sashimi sampler. I traded the regular tuna in for a spicy tuna roll and it was super tasty. The salad was a little sad and the miso was just fine but the sushi was fresh and on point. I definitely recommend this place for great sushi takeout.

Ordered this through DoorDash while visiting my parents. I ordered the volcano roll, cheese wontons, chicken yaki soba, salmon hibachi and a few other things.Everything was really good! The restaurant packaged the food so well and thoughtfully. The food was delicious! My favorite thing was the volcano roll it was super flavor packed and fresh. The yaki soba was also delicious. We had never tried this place before so we were very pleasantly surprised. I would definitely order from them again and would like to dine in their restaurant too.

I went there with my family for my daughter's 18th birthday. Upon entering we could already tell the host was aggravated, he was very short and threw dish buckets down at the sight of us. The food was absolutely TRASH. The only thing that was enjoyable was the sushi and that was mediocre. The sushi I get at Harris Teeter is 10x's better. My kids dad enjoyed a few pieces of the steak but other than that TRASH. The only saving grace was our server she was fantastic. She accommodated us in whatever ways she could with no nasty attitude. NEVER going back !

The food was veryyyyy yummy. My friend has been hyping it up and it didn't disappoint! I got the hibachi and the presentation was really cute. They also can alter your food for gluten free options! They have a gluten free soy sauce and shrimp sauce! It was a great experience and I loved the twins! Took me by surprise!

I ordered the pad tai it had no flavor at all even smothered in shrimp sauce. No description of what was in it. most things on the menu didn't have the description of what was in it not even the sushi rolls. when I asked to order something else they said I'd still have to pay for it. I understand that but at the same time I ate a couple bites of the food Its not like I ate the whole thing. Maybe if there was a description of what was in it I wouldn't have ordered it. i would not recommended coming here at all.

I love the food here, every time I go here and eat I'll order the same thing I get a small salad with a mix of shrimp sauce and ginger sauceI get a Mr. Crab sushi roll, and I get a clear soup, it is the same thing I always get I get nothing else this is all I enjoy when I eat there, I would get a platter, but let's be honest $13 for the same thing I can get sake for eight, I'd rather just stick with my regular stuff But I will say that the place is always clean. It's always put together and very well organized, and it is also very friendly, the people the servers everybody has been friendly so far. I did have one server where she knew what I wanted so every time I came in there she would just ask me if I want my usual, so that was nice but then they change staff excessively all of a sudden so I don't get that type of service anymore.

Just appalled at the deal for the food we got. The chicken hibachi was $19 so I assumed I would get a decent amount of food. Very small portion for $19 and the food itself was low quality. My husband ordered Pad Thai for $13 and got way more food, but it was inedible ! It tasted so strange! The salad we got was tiny and had a half of a piece of cucumber. That's it. Nothing else. Picture included. Terrible experience unfortunately!
