Journeymans Bar And Grill

Journeymen's is either a rebranding or under new management from a previous 2.5 star restaurant. It's a perfect neighborhood hangout with a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere and full bar. We arrived right at opening, 3pm so the place was empty. We were immediately greeted by Ashton and seated at the bar. Ashton was on point with every aspect of the visit. Drinks never went empty, check ins were perfectly frequent and efficient. We ordered the onion rings as a starter, they were big and coked perfectly. Next came the mushroom Swiss burger cooked medium rare. The burger was perfectly cooked and one of the best I've had (honestly). The cheese steak was delicious and was recommended by Ashton. We totally enjoyed the experience. Feedback for the owner would be...1.add some seasoning to the fries and onion rings.2. Drain some of the grease from the cheese steak.

So glad we stopped in! Pleasant staff, a good beer selection, and awesome food! Really loved our fried pickles (just the right amount for two people), and my circuit breaker burger was oh-so tasty! I mean really, who even gets that excited over a burger right? It was truly terrific! My better half got the Philly cheesesteak and wouldn't stop stuffing it down enough to comment, which means he liked it so much he was speechless...and that's unusual. If you find yourself traveling I-85 and you're looking for a good (non-greasy) bar and grill you won't regret stopping here - we don't!Oh, and say hi to the world's okay-est bartender Gaby - she's a real sweetheart!

Customer service is amazing each time and quick with the food. Flavoring is delicious and drinks are a must try. The bartenders are amazing as well.

Food is subpar....that's a nice word for "shit"...don't waste your time or money....whoever the manager is needs to fire the kitchen staff....and whoever the owner is needs to fire the manager....piss poor....

I feel they need to expand their menu. It's all fried and not many options for a healthier meal. Our server was missing a lot of the time. When people would walk by we would ask for things. One server was very rude probably because she was picking up the slack.

Very rude and overpriced for low quality food. I've given them a few chances but each time I am disappointed.

We ordered through door dash and the food was amazing!! I had ordered the fried pickles and they were nice enough to call and let us know they were out and allowed me to choose another option. We are about to go there in person for lunch and try it out again.

Service and staff were very friendly. The drinks were amazing and it's a nice quiet little spot with not a heavy crowd so will keep going back that is me and my ladies new spot. Food was hot and fresh chef knows what he's doing and the Ginger Martini amazing gotta try it.

Our arrival seemed to interrupt the social gathering the staff was having with their friends. Although we were the only paying people in the restaurant, the service was extremely slow. We were given dirty menus that were mismatched and falling apart. The restroom, which one of the servers had just used, was disgusting. The toilet was covered with urine, the trash was overflowing onto the floor, and there was an unidentifiable substance on the tiles. When I returned to the table, I cancelled our orders and we left. As we were walking to our vehicle, I saw the servers sit down to continue socializing with their friends.
