I ordered on-line with my iPhone which was very smooth and easy.The menu was available to view even before they opened. All the detail was there, the portion size, the cost and the up-charges. There was NO confusion. The on-line process gives you the option of adding your CC or paying when you pick up. I walked in at exactly 11:30a and was greeted by the seating Host and the Manager. My order was ready and I was in/out in 5 minutes.The food quality here is really good. Me and my extended family have tried all the take-out Asian options in Fort Mill and Rock Hill and this is the only one that satisfies everyones appetites. Today we tried the Moo Shu Roast Pork and the Happy Family. It comes with an order of white rice but we also added the Chicken Fried Rice which is better than most. The Crab Rangoon are the best I've ever had.I'm puzzled by the number of unfavorable reviews. I've now tried the food three times and have been more than pleased.Maybe just a bit on the high side price wise but certainly worth the quality and a good value.

I ordered take out today.The gal who took my order asked if I wanted any sauces. I already have a bunch at the house.I purchased dumplings which came with their sauce. It had a little bit of a kick, but nothing was overpowering. The dumplings were delicious & tender. Absolutely, melt in your mouth.I also ordered beef lo mein (soft noodles). Thought this was a great little hole in the wall Chinese restaurant! Enjoyed my food the first time I ordered from them, during the peak of the pandemic, when you couldn't go inside. Ordered again since then to a roach covered lobby. The food was okay and I gave them the benefit of the doubt that the bugs were because they were doing construction. I have since seen that this week they received a C rating from the health department. I will not be returning. We dine here several times a month. No issues with pick up. Delivery however is not great. We have ordered delivery a total of 5 times. The only special instructions is "please add duck sauce and soy sauce packets." I always put the request on instructions for each item. And never receive any Duck or soy sauce. I even called once to request they read the instructions and add packets, and still no sauce. It is not the delivery driver's responsibility. As much as we like the food there and have no issues when we pick up, we will no longer dine there. Whether an order is delivered or pick up Jing Jing should follow instructions and want their customers to be pleased and happy with their order. Great customer service should be given to ALL orders- dine in, pick up, or delivery
