From out of town and couldn't find a place open on Friday night. I finally found Jekyll and Hyde and I'm so glad everyone else was closed. Delicious food and fun atmosphere. I ordered the Juicy Hazy IPA they have on tap and the steak sandwich, both were outstanding. My waitress was very kind and attentive. I'll make this a regular stop for clients when I come back to town.

Delicious!! First time dining here and I was super pleased with the atmosphere of the restaurant and the food! Decorated super cute for Christmas and had a live singer! I got the Breaky Burger and substituted the fries for mac and cheese and both were fantastic! I would recommend the burger to anyone that is super hungry because it was perfectly filling along with the mac and cheese. Didn't take too long to get food and waiter was nice.

We walked by and the smells and sounds of this beautiful place pulled us right inside. A busy Saturday night and no wait. Perfect! We started out with candied bacon - 5 out of 5 stars. 4 pieces of crunchy, delicious bacon - loved it. We both ordered ribeye. We were both disappointed in our steaks. We wish we would have ordered anything else. I was also disappointed that after I ordered the Brussels sprouts - gone. It happens - but, I had a hankering for them. We had a sweet waitress. The restaurant was clean and beautiful! The staff looked great in their J&H attire.

First, the staff here are very welcoming, helpful with recommendations and truly make you feel at home. Second, the food is fantastic! We had the blackened chicken bowl and brekkie burger. I eat a lot of bowl-style food, and theirs is a definite cut above. The blackened chicken had great flavor and was cooked to perfection. The creamy risotto underneath rivals versions I've had in upscale Italian restaurants. The grilled broccoli was so good I could almost have made a meal of that alone, and the cherry tomatoes were very good, too. The brekkie burger was very moist and flavorful (cooked medium) and the bacon was excellent. The side of sweet potato fries were about as good as sweet potato fries can get. We had a couple of their own draft beers (they have at least 30 beers on tap), the Hornets Nest wheat beer and Winter Solstice stout. Both were very good. Prices are reasonable. Belmont NC is a cute little town and this is a great craft brewery restaurant if you ever find yourself there.

My first time to J & H. Very pleasant place with iconic decor. I have the Velvet Tacos (Shrimp and Cole slaw). Very yummy and swamped to perfection. Sara S. Provided five star service. She reviewed the menu highlights, got our order correct, and frequented the table often. She even put the hard court press on us for dessert. Thanks for the great service Sarah!!!

My husband and I visited Jekyll and Hyde Taphouse last night and we will definitely be repeat customers. The restaurant had a rustic industrial feel with a steampunk vibe. Very relaxed with good music that wasn't too loud. We were greeted upon entering and service was fast. Our waitress Lexi was attentive and knowledgeable about the menu and recommendations without being intrusive. We ordered the Irish nachos, some of the potatoes were not fried crispy but that's how I like them so I thought it was great. The beer cheese was delicious. We had burgers that were huge! My husband had the Jack the Ripper burger and said it was great. I had the Bourbon Bacon Burger, my burger was good but I will say it was a little plain. You have the option to add lettuce tomato onion but I didn't because I didn't think it matched the Smokey flavor profile I was going for. I would've liked crispy onion straws and a bourbon bbq sauce but overall it was still tasty. We also tried the donut hole parfait because it was unique and it didn't disappoint. The donut holes were light fluffy warm and flavorful. The dessert wasn't heavy like I thought it would be. We also enjoyed a couple of beers from their extensive tap list. I love that there is so much beer variety so there is something for every flavor preference. Easily a ten out of ten experience!
