Jasmine Grill & Kebab

When hearing what a huge fan I am of Mediterranean cuisine a friend highly recommend I try here. Happy I remembered to stop in while in the area this evening. There was tons on the menu I wanted to try but decided to keep it fairly basic because I didn't have a lot of time.Ordered the beef and lamb schwarma plate with rice and salad. While my date (my son) and I ordered first, the other two tables seated after us started receiving their food right away and I quickly became jealous that I hadn't ordered more. Well, next time...The salad came out first and I enjoyed every bite. Had a great taboulleh flavor which made me want to taste what their taboulleh actually tasted like, alas next time. My entree was quite disappointing. On the menu, they make it clear that each dish is prepared to order. However, both meats were not tender and very dry. Kinda reminded me of meat pellets. I think mine was simply warmed up from being prepared earlier. The service was great! The prices were fair. My entree was a little tough and left room for much improvement, but not enough for me to rule them completely out. Plus their garlic sauce and whatever the spicy green sauce they serve it with covered a multitude of dryness! I do want to come back and try some other dishes. Hopefully, I just struck out with this one.

Got delivery, a chicken kabob with yellow rice and hummus. The chicken was just alright, the flavor profile was a bit flat. The chicken was cooked right, not dry thankfully. The cost was $15, and had seven pieces included which seems a bit pricey. The rice was good, had vegetables in it and had good flavor. The pitas definitely needed to be warmed, not a good choice for delivery unless you have something to warm them up with (just not a microwave) The hummus was not awesome, very bland. It could have used something to bring it up a bit. (Garlic? Lemon? Something)They included a small cup of toum (garlic sauce) which wasn't great however the green hot sauce was totally on-point and did help with the chicken. Overall definitely a solid three-star place, at least for delivery.

We came late night for some shwarma and it was delicious. I also got a few sides including fries and tabbouleh. Everything was fresh and everyone was super friendly. There was only one other party when we got there so we got great service and everything was clean. Super clean even. Though, we did get our wraps to go. It was a great combo of sauces. The garlic was fresh and the spicy sauce was on point!

Came in for dinner and had the hummus, lentil soup, chicken kabab, and shrimp kabab. Everything was delicious and service was great. Will definitely come back!

Quick service, ample seating, and food was great. I thought the portions were a good size and the food was a hit for my family. Would definitely recommend!

Definitely recommend if you're in the area. The place has a large seating space, great for hosting big groups.Restaurant was clean, and the staff were very polite. Highly recommend the Mansaf, Grape leaves, Philly steak sandwich, and lentil soup! I'd definitely pass by if I'm driving through Charlotte again.

Imagine my excitement at discovering Jasmine Grill & Kebab--I adore a nice falafel, hummus, and chicken or beef kebab. Despite being in a little strip mall, it offers lots of seating and parking. It's ideal for a large gathering or a romantic evening. The two gentlemen that assisted me were really cordial and knowledgeable. In fact, we had a brief conversation on Jordan and a few other topics. They made sure I knew the status of my order as it was being prepared and were really kind and attentive. The real Turkish tea sets, the colors, and the overall décor all contributed to the pleasant and authentic atmosphere. Although I didn't dine-in, I will the next time. I ordered the lamb chops with kabsa and maqluba rice because I was craving lamb, and my companion got the lamb shank. Both of the dishes were excellent!I noticed they sold baklava before I left. Oh my! Although I didn't grab a box, I will make sure to do so moving forward. I'm overjoyed to have located a location where I can have shawarma or a tasty platter of kababs.

STOP!!! Look no further. Best food in the area. I've tried at all the spots in plaza and I can't stop eating here.

My kids and I really enjoy Jasmine. The restaurant is very clean and food is rotated frequently. No, it isn't a 5 star establishment, but it is a great value for a family. There are dozens of food options, from typical asian buffet fair, hibachi along with many traditional American food options. The kids go for the jello! We will continue to visit Jasmine whenever we are in the mood for buffet style dining.
