This is a 3.5 star review. I rounded up. A few girlfriends and I met for dinner at Jade. It is on the second floor of a building so when you put it in your gps it feels hidden.We were seated quickly and Thursday is half off bottles of wine.We ordered drinks and our food. They were out of the wine I ordered so I got Prosecco instead. It apparently only comes in small bottles, and it wasn't communicated that it wasn't part of the half off wine special. Which is why we went to Jade. Everything came out quickly which was great. There were only two plates brought out instead of three so I had to find the waiter and ask for another plate. My favorite rolls were the Ballantyne and cherry blossom. The edamame was good and so was the honey glazed shrimp. We had a great time at dinner but our service was not good. I asked for a glass water at the beginning of the meal, middle of the meal and again at the end. I finally got some. I wanted to order another drink (I thought I was getting a big bottle to begin with) but couldn't because our waiter was no where to be found. Once our check was dropped off we were ready to pay and no one came to the table for 20 minutes. I ended up waving down someone to come and take our payments. Although the food was pretty good, I probably won't go back to Jade.

This place has some delicious options for food and sushi! The menu is huge. It is very quiet at lunchtime and you can get in & out pretty quickly. The server was very nice and attentive. One thing I wish they would change is they do not offer iced tea of any kind and the soda tastes weird. I love getting the sushi rolls. There are so many good ones it's difficult to pick. They do charge extra for any little mention of extra sauce or anything extra to go. Just FYI.

This place is just .. mediocre. There's nothing that really stands out about this place that I would rave about. The decor was simple, food was ok, drinks were meh, and the service was alright. Our waiter was doing the best he could and it appeared he was the only one working that night. It wasn't too busy crazy and I think it was either the manager or owner that approached our table a couple of times to ask if we needed anything. While checking out, the waiter did inform us that there was a 20% service fee included on the bill which was divided amongst everyone and made sure to tell us it wasn't all of his "gratuity".

I'm gonna give this a thumbs down because: Rolls were TINY for the prices. $14 for a teeny maki roll?? What?! The quality was subpar. I wasn't impressed. There's barely any fish in these rolls. Pricing online was vastly different compared to when I picked up my order. I was given the line: it's an old website with old prices and I don't know what to tell you. Bad business. I will continue to drive across town for sushi.

Haven't been back to jade in a few years. Wow, the restaurant has changed. There was 1 other table in the restaurant when we sat down. It took 30 minutes to get our order- 2 California rolls (falling apart), a tempura roll and 1 tuna roll. We ordered 1 extra tempura roll and waited nearly 30 minutes. The restaurant had a chemical smell despite not being terribly clean. The rolls were overpriced. Will not be returning
