We came last night to check out the dueling pianos. What a fun concept. Towards the end of our visit they started dueling SEC fight songs--so fun! Want to come back with a larger group sometime.

It is what it is, a very loud piano bar. It's fun and definitely not for the cheap person. If you are either of these then this is probably not the place for you. Water is $3 and the drinks are like a college dream. Food is bar food at best. The entertainment is top notch! Definitely a fun experience.

Cash only and beware the ATM will triple charge you a transaction fee. This place is mids. Only had a good time because of the people I was with. Energy was beat on a weekend. Drinks were ok.

Had a fun time listening to the performers.A group of three of us had sat down and got our order taken. As we waited for food, our drinks came out. We were encouraged by the performers and staff to move closer to the pianos as other groups left the bar. We never got our food. Our server was busy tending to a table of about ten people who were sitting in our old spot. He rang them out before us even though we had been standing ready to leave after the pianos had finished for the night. They were all sitting and clearly sticking around. After waiting for about 7 minutes for him to notice us, he finally came over. We told him we never got our food, and he told us he gave the food to the old table, which he had opened new tabs for but didn't think twice and confessed he had given our food to the larger group. Pretty pathetic service. Music was decent. One of the piano players/performers, a girl with braids and side shaves, was really giving and kept the party going. If she hadn't been there it wouldn't have been half as fun. I ordered a margarita bowl and didn't feel even a buzz. Tasted more like a lemonade with limes. If you go here, it's for the music. Pre-game and don't show up hungry.

Rude staff. Charged for WATER at the end of the night. Rude staff. The stars given at all are for the performers/piano players. I know you deal with drunks repeatedly..but this is a bar. And we aren't all deserving to be treated disrespectfully. Hopefully things can change.

Talk about a fun night! Went here to celebrate a friend's birthday. Thankfully we made reservations! The place got packed quickly, understandably so. The musicians were a lot of fun to listen to and made it an extremely fun night. The drinks were pretty good, just expensive. The fish bowls were very sweet. Will definitely be back!

I had a reservation for my daughter in laws 21 birthday they made us pop the balloons which was understablethey would not let us take the cake which I thought was absurd they did not tell me when I made the reservation I could not bring a came when I told them it was a birthday I have been there multiple times most recently in December our party spent well over 1000$ that night we would have spent close to that tonight I paid 120$ for the reservation when I asked the manager why I could not have the cake be came at me very aggressively cursing and using the f bombhe called me a f!!! b!!!!!all I wanted to know was why we could not have the birthday cake once he got into my face very aggressively I actually thought he was going to hit me, I cursed back at him he proceeded to throw me out i had just arrived, totally sober and was treated very disrespectfulmy I have been there multiple times for multiple special occasions I was sith my kids and to be treated that was totally uncalled for I will never go back

My husband and I went there on 2/15. We were treated well, thoroughly entertained, and had an amazing night! We actually witnessed the 21st birthday fiasco that is referred to in another post. I have to say that I have never seen a grown woman so angry over having to delay balloons and cake for later. She was extremely rude to the wait staff and doorman (wouldn't even let the poor guy help by discarding the deflated balloons). I felt sorry for them. We actually thanked the doorman for his professionalism after the said party left. Overall, we were impressed by everyone working there and delighted with the entertainment. We can't wait to go back again.

Reserved a table and even got there early. We were excited because this was our second time there and we had a lot of fun the last time (over 8 months ago). It was over $70 for 6 of us to reserve a table. They let you pay money for song requests so each time we tried to request a song we got skipped over without even the decency of "we don't know this song pick another" paid a total of $40 to them stupidly. If you go just enjoy others song requests and don't waste your money on your own. Oh and the waiter told us if we gave them $20 we could do "the wheel of destiny" this is also a lie. So don't waste your money on that either. Food was just basic bar food with minimal options. Overall normal bar prices but they price gouge water at $3 a bottle.

I am so disappointed with this establishment. We could not get a glass of tapwater for free even with the purchase of a meal and cocktails. How can you serve food and not give free tapwater?Customers have to purchase a bottle for $3 if they need water. My objection isn't about the money. It's about the principle.What would they do if a customer has had a couple of drinks and wants to stop drinking and have a glass of water so they can be a responsible driver? They're not willing to just give customers a tap water for free after they've already spent money in their establishment?This is ridiculous and I will not go back just because of this policy.The piano players are so good and I really enjoy watching them, but I will not go to an establishment that will not give a glass of water to their customers.Side note. Three of the girls from our party got sick on the food that they ate at Jack & Diane's that evening.
