Great friendly service! Sat at the bar for dinner. Got several $2.50 miller lites as the Friday night special. My husband loved his burger and he got a sandwich to go. I got the 8 boneless wings which was good with the sweet spicy sauce. Get the wings not the sloppy Joe. Chill vibes before karaoke started.

Walked in and sign said seat self. Sat down. Ignored by staff. Had to flag down a random server whom was kind enough to get me a water and take my order. I ate without anyone checking on table. Asked for a box and check. After 15 minutes flagged a second time to ask for a box and check. The service is horrible. Noisy, but hey it is the environment. The servers were more focused on the multi-people ticket and not my single person table. Even the Manager guy was rude. If I could give ZERO stars I would.

I visited here around 9:45pm with my sons after a day at Great Wolf Lodge. It wasn't busy at all and we were able to pick our own table. I ordered around 9:08pm. I ordered a large pep pizza (that was half off) and a "hog" sampler. The mozzarella sticks are very long. They were fresh but slightly overcooked and flavorless, honestly. The cheese on top was almost pointless as it didn't add flavor and it fell off immediately. The quesadilla was tasty. The garlic parm wings were crispy and cooked well but the sauce was different... it wasn't nasty but not what was expected. After a conversation with the waitress, she knew it was different. In these cases, I believe the servers should tell customers that versus letting them find out after the fact. The pizza came at 9:30pm and tbh, it wasn't the best lol. It was mainly for the boys and they ate it with no issues. It was subpar to me and I was disappointed. The service was inconsistent with attentiveness which was another bummer considering it wasn't busy at all. It's unlikely I would return.

Large 1 topping 1/2 price pizza on Sundays, and it is awesome!!! Gooey and cheesy and perfect! Better than Hawthorns and they claim to be a NY pizzeria. I would pay full price for Thunder's pizza, but on Sundays I don't have to! p.s. Mindy rocks!!!!

My husband and I shared the buffalo chicken sandwich and it was definitely better to share it! It was huge but delicious! The server was attentive and kept our drinks filled. She was good. The only negative I saw was the sink in the ladies bathroom had hair in it but overall we really liked the place! Everyone in our party loved their food!

The food was good and reasonably priced. The sauces and dressings were good. They have a lot of specials. Our waitress was attentive. As a warning, the attire choices of the waitresses was not family friendly. The atmosphere is very casual.

Our bartender was fine, this review is directly towards the owners sister who is "management" and they have no clue how to manage customer service-When there are no pictures on your menu or description of "thunder size" chicken breast sandwich... it would be nice to be warned how it is prepared.Instead of the kitchen cutting it in half and STACKING the hunk of meat that "they've never had anyone complain about the size", they lay it on two open buns and call it a "sandwich" how do you pick it up? It's just an entree at this point.Where they truly went wrong was the CUSTOMER SERVICE part... took management about 20 minutes to come over and discuss the dissatisfaction, and by discuss I mean argue with us already knowing she was not comping off the ticket and us order something else. The bartender mentioned she would have to pay for it if she takes it off our tab... that's illegal for you to do to your employees.Then to call the police when we said we would pay for the tab... you're straight up trash people. Good luck with your business, I'd love to see her face when someone else complains about this issue, too. Can't even see the building sign as you're parking... they should care about some of the things that they do not.If your pride is based on the size of the chicken sandwich so much that you can't afford to comp $12.99 from our tab... it's pretty sad. A company who isn't going to be known for the outstanding quality of food should at least aim for excelling in customer service to balance the experience, no? We can get Miller on tap anywhere else, bye.

I'm sorry your chicken sandwich is not larger. I learned to use a knife and fork in prep school...I would love to teach slow kids how to cut chicken. I would even gobble it up and feed them

Can't beat the drink and food specials. Wings are the best in town and the chicken sandwich is enormous.

During my lunch visit, I was served a 12-piece wing dinner that did not meet safe temperature requirements, along with overcooked French fries. Upon notifying the staff, I was asked to return the meal, which was then inspected by a staff member who incorrectly claimed the wings were cooked to a safe temperature, despite obvious signs of undercooking. The representative then made a remark that suggested a biased attitude towards me and my colleagues, who are regular patrons of this establishment. This experience led to extreme dissatisfaction, and I would not recommend this establishment. Very Racist! Very unprofessional! Very Rude!
