This star rating is strictly off service.I've came here about 5 times on non busy times when there is only 5-10 people here.

I went here and the food was ok but the service people wasn't so friendly and I felt like I was being rushed after buying food and two drinks. I won't be coming back here again.

Do NOT go here. We travelled over 15 min outside of the city to come here because everywhere in charlotte was closing at 1 or 2 AM. We got here at 1:15 AM - paid $40 - and had to wait so long for a drink that they wouldn't serve us because it was after 2 am. We literally paid all this money to go here for no reason. We waited over 30 min for a drink we could never get. When we tried to get a refund, all of the managers acted like we were the problem. We will never ever go back to this shady place. I would give 0 zero stars if I could

This is a very nice place to hang out at. The atmosphere is on point!!!! The servers are friendly and quick. The drinks are flowing. The food is yummmmy!!! The Philly Cheesesteaks are amazing!!!The bar is fully stocked and it's a very very nice bar. Extremely extra large TV's are everywhere. This is an absolutely great place to have a party at. Come on out and experience the vibe!!

Came for the advertised Wednesday seafood night for a friend's birthday. Positive: bathroom was clean, food was tasty, and music was goodNegative: seafood special starts at 6pm not 4pm as advertised. Mixed drinks not strong at all. Service (from servers, not kitchen) is very slow. Some food portions are way smaller than others. Come out and see for yourself!

I went to Infinity Live yesterday for my cousin's 21st birthday, and it was a horrible experience. The venue itself was decent with lots of standing room, but most seats were in the VIP section or at tables where you are required to order food or hookah. The bar seating was mostly taken, and people shared the bar stools at the tables for food and hookah.The wait staff were somewhat friendly as long as you were buying drinks and tipping. I ordered a cup of water and the chicken cheesesteak eggrolls. Firstly, they charge $2.50 for a CUP OF ICE WATER!!! This water is FREE to them and it comes in a plastic cup with ICE, not even a bottle!! Not only do they charge, but they do not give you ANY warning of the charge! This is a SCAM!The chicken cheesesteak eggrolls were the hardest eggrolls that I have ever eaten this side of the Mississippi River. Absolutely disgusting! The irony is that the waitress recommended these bites of rocks! The bill came to $22. I ordered 2 small, inedible eggrolls and a CUP of water... unacceptable! When I asked for the eggrolls to be remade because they were inedible, I found out that the manager canceled my order because the cook refused to remake it. This is horrible customer service!Additionally, I went on a Tuesday for the $2 drink specials. They must have forgotten because there was NOTHING that was $2. To add insult to injury, they charged $20 as a cover charge! Then no one danced; it was a bunch of people standing around mean-mugging each other. I could have stayed home and had a V8 drink.The hookah was $60, and the quality was trash and overpriced. The shisha was overpowered by the charcoal. Needless to say, I will NEVER RETURN! I will never recommend or suggest that anyone ever goes to this place. It has so much potential, but the owners or managers are so concerned about making money that they ruined the guest's experience.Is it possible to give negative stars???

**3.5** Came in on a Sunday night, we heard a promo on the radio about the place playing reggae and dancehall. So my friend and I decided to check them out.Huge parking lot. In a nice shopping plaza area. This place is pretty chill. Spacious sports bar and nightclub. TV's surround the inside of the place with a huge projector tv behind bar. Lots of couches and tables. Definitely a great potential place for sections. Drinks are pricey. I promise you if your ever offered a sidecar in NC just skip it and get it straight. Bartenders are not the best with my Sidecar, too much lemon juice. And it wasn't shaken both times. However a good place to meet people and get some nice dancing in. My friend got the Red Bull watermelon margarita. She drank it pretty fast so I don't think it was that strong but she got another, so I know she enjoyed it.We also ordered Fried mozzarella, we planned to get wings once that came to the table. I notice a bottle girl is walking around with food from table to table asking if this is someone's food. Eventually we find out it's my food. I tell my waitress that simply, if a person doesn't know where the food goes they shouldn't even pick it up. She asked if I wanted a manager, I declined(previous review made me skeptical). She offered another mozzarella but I declined. Too much of the same thing, too much cheese. I think the manager should of came by and spoke to us personally. Not like a fake walk around room asking ppl how was everything was when you know they are drinks in. Overall met some cool people. It was most people's first time. The place is definitely a great place to watch sports and spacious to dance and have a good time!

Another bartender that doesn't know what goes into a Cosmo. The food was frozen so it was fast food. It was overcooked it was served in the to go box making you not feel very welcome.

I ordered the jerk chicken cheesesteak. I was very disappointed, there was nothing jerk about this cheesesteak. It was a chicken cheesesteak. I paid 20.00 for this sandwich and was very upset. If it were not for the fries I would have given it a 1 star.

Came in extremely early to watch the fight, no one even in this place for over an hour. Spent a good amount of money on drinks and food for 3. We had no idea that a few hours later, we would have our table moved from up under us while we're standing with drinks in our hands that had just been ordered! They had no reservation signs on any of the tables, no one even bothered to say that the tables would be purchased later and that we would have to leave the table. Management just started moving tables located behind the bar. How rude and unprofessional! Another nickel and dime spot where you pay for every seat once people start arriving. You already have lots of booths, which I understand you pay for. Very unprofessional to make people give up a seat who are spending money without any notice! Also, train your staff, the hostess was extremely rude and has no customer service AT ALL! I gave it one star for the waitress, who seemed to be the only person in the whole establishment that was kind and professional.
