Rudeness from the person who answered the phone today. Introduced myself and he straight hung up on me. Called back & fax line picked up. First impression is a BAD one.

I like this place. It has now become my personal go to smoke shop. The guy who usually works there is really laidback and very helpful, he sometimes recommends items when I'm looking for something specific which is useful to me because I sometimes end up needing it. The place overall is great, they are always getting new things. The trays are amazing overall never having the same ones, varieties of bongs as well that are quite fascinating

The cashier gave me my total I put my card in the machine and asked how much my items were (blunt spray, pre packed pack of incense and one 0.99 white peach game) she told me the spray was $6.99 and the incense were $10.99 I said oh no u can take those off! She told me to press cancel which is what I did and some how the transaction proceeded to go through as I got a notification on my phone. She didn't realize it went through and was attempting to take them off, but after realizing the transaction was approved she gave me my receipt and told me she couldn't issue any refunds. Suggested I exchange it for something else. I asked to speak with the manager and he refused to speak with me because he was uptown and the refund policy was listed in the store, exchange only. Definitely won't be back! Thanks to the extremely drunk girl the cashier entertained the entire time for more help than the establishment itself! She was trying to find something for $10 just so she could give it to me and exchange the incense bc it didn't make ANY sense!!!! Sometimes policies need to be broken especially when the customer isn't at fault. Of course the cashier Gave her manager a completely different story over the phone at which point I decided it was best to just leave.

Bought a Miami Mint Elf Bar ($20 for only 5k hits) at House of Clouds on N College St 4 days ago, when I tried to charge it for the first time last night the light came on but then it never turned off when I took it off the charger and it would no longer hit, I tried all night to get it to work. I brought it in with my receipt and explained all of this to the woman working tonight and she said they only do same day returns... I explained that I hadn't charged it until now so it would have been impossible for me to know that it was a defective product. So after refusing to give a refund or even let me exchange it for another one she had the GALL to ask me if I wanted to buy a new one. I just kindly denied and left the vape on the counter, light still burning strong. I recommend not shopping here as they do not do right by their customers, it would have been so much easier to just let me exchange it but instead they lost a customer and got this review.

Went to buy some Shisha for my hookah. Prices were more than fair plus I left with more than I was planning on because of their amazing selection. They also sell a wide variety of water pipes and Hookahs.
