Hot Dog Central

I cant say enough about hot dog central of GSO! Our experience started off wonderfully. I am organizing food trucks coming to our neighborhood and at the last minute I had a cancellation. I reached out to HDC on a Monday to come out the following Thursday and they were more than happy! The food was delicious. Everything you want in a hot dog and burger. They had every topping imaginable and I loved the addition of the cheese fries and Mozz sticks to their menu. We got a smorgasbord of food with no regrets whatsoever! All the while being served by the friendliest of owners! We definitely recommend finding these guys where they'll be so you can experience this deliciousness for yourselves!

My work booked the food truck for us and it was such a treat! I ordered the hot dog combo (with chili and onions on the hotdog) and it came with fries and a drink. The chili was a nice touch on the hotdog. It was very flavorful. I loved the seasoning on the fries too. I was able to order quickly, but the wait to get food was slightly long at about 30+ minutes from ordering to receiving my food. I'd definitely visit this truck again if it popped up at other events.

Slinging delicious loaded dogs, loaded fries, burgies, and more this is a food truck you must be on the lookout for. If you love a loaded dog, it will be worth the hunt!

My hotdog was OUTSTANDING!! The chili was the best part, but the fries were well- seasoned, the slaw and other toppings were on point. No pic because I basically inhaled it before I thought of taking one!!

The food is good. But they serve hotdogs and hamburgers and it took us over an hour to get one hotdog and hamburger. The line was somewhat long but... It's hamburgers. I could've cooked all their customers with hotdog and hamburgers with a small Goerge formen grill faster than they can with a whole food truck.

Best hot dogs in town. Super clean food truck and good prices. He's at the corner of S. Elm St and Bragg St. most days. I'm becoming a regular customer.

Food was very good. The hot dogs were excellent. The FF were hot and crispy. Good service for a food truck.
