I feel bad leaving bad reviews of any business, but even more when its a small business. However, this is one of the times where I just have to say skip it. The last time I ordered food I was told 30 minutes. I showed up and there was a line of people outside; okay, they are nice and busy, awesome. They had a plexiglass barrier at the door with a little window that opened to take payment and hand out the food so no one came inside. I waited about 10 minutes and asked someone standing outside how long they had been there. Multiple people said an hour!!!!I called the restaurant and knocked on the glass when they would not answer. I could see them ignoring the ringing phone and customers outside. I called another Chinese restaurant from the parking lot, ordered food, and picked it up 20 minutes later. Two hours and 15 minutes AFTER my order was placed Hong Kong called me to tell me my food was ready.

Hong Kong has great combination dinners. I did not call ahead for my togo order and was pleased with the service. Chief were hard at work the whole time. Very good take out Chinese food.

I ordered a combo plate the portions were large but just right. I didn't go into the restaurant myself but the service on the phone was very good. The food was amazing I definitely would recommend to anyone who's wanting to check it out!

First time going and I was very impressed! I had read the reviews of long wait times but we called in shortly before we left the house and it was ready in the 12 mins it took us to get there. We got it home and I was pleasantly surprised! The egg rolls are huge, the fried rice has a good taste and the chicken and broccoli I got had a great amount of sauce and a great taste. Mine and my husbands together was less than $15! Will be going back soon!

They hired a new cook and I could taste the difference between his food and the owners. I stopped going.

This is my go-to Chinese restaurant in Chester. The people are very nice and the food is really good. I always get either the orange chicken with pork fried rice or chicken lo mein with the pork fried rice. Reasonably price as well.

Great food, but the wait is ridiculous. Highly recommend calling your order in. This is the 4th time I've come here, and they can only seem to make 1 persons order at a time. Waited 25 minutes for an order of Lo Mein, while they cooked 5 other orders, all 1 at a time.

I ordered sweet an sour chicken an got no sweet an sour red sauce an I ordered a shrimp lo mein that was overcooked shrimp was very tuff I was not happy they didn't even try to make it right an I only gave two stars cause of the porpoises might give them a try again maybe not sure yet you spend good money on nasty ass food an no offer to make it right or better
