if you want a quality smoke shop, go to Infinity's end. they have it ALL, whereas HIGH LIFE, is a complete buzzkill. Every single employee is dry, they always seem like they don't want to be there. The employees have minimal knowledge and the lackluster personalities don't make it any better. The store itself has a limited selection compared to Infinity's end. All around disappointing experiences. Needless to say, catch me at Infinity's End from now on!

They was SOOOO helpful with everything. They explained everything and answered all my questions. They even had a sell for 4/20 LOL. They sold everything that you would need in the smoke world form Vaps to hookah and etc. Even had a juice book.

The service was really great. They have student discounts and that's really helpful. The variety is great and the workers are very friendly and knowledgable about product. Young lady there names Ashley should manage every high life. Her service was the best I've seen. I'm making university high life my home smoke shop and I stay across town!

They're a textbook shop. Everything you need at reasonable prices. The staff could be a little more friendly, but this is my second choice most of the time. They have a little longer hours so sometimes I find myself there.

I will only shop at this HL from now on! Mike was one of the most knowledgeable guys on anything I could ask! From delta 8 to vapes to kratom, anything I wanted to know, he was full of info! This dude needs a raise lol! The entire staff is always very welcoming whenever I drop by to make a purchase which is nice now-a-days!

Bought a nectar collector from there that didn't work as it should. I washed it with water and then went to use it on my wax, but there was no airflow and it wasted the wax. I have tried every way possible to unclog the water but nothing works. After going in to ask for help they did not provide any useful information, and made sure to mention that all sales are final even though I did not ask for a refund. I would recommend going to literally any other small businesses smoke shop in the area

I really enjoy this store. They have everything you need and are always very helpful and knowledgeable on products, literally any question you have they have an answer or an alternative! Whenever I ask questions I don't feel judged because the workers here are amazing and they make sure I'll understand whatever my question may be. I love to go in for the incense, they're only 15 cents each and they have a wide variety on smells! It's in a convenient place in university area and inexpensive also.

They are always so sweet and so helpful when I go in there, which is honestly a lot they are probably all sick of me by now. They always remember me too, which makes me feel pretty damn special. They are all super chill people and they spread so much happiness. I have never had an encounter that made me not want to come back and see them. Bryce and Sage are my two favorites when I go in there though, they have both helped me pick out the best piece that would fit me or best rello pack lol! I highly recommend going to this smoke shop out of any of the smoke shops in concord/charlotte area!!! Much love high life
