High Life - Salisbury

Wow! What a fantastic little gem of a find. We were looking for a place to by a hookah and accessories to bring along with us for a camping trip. The prices were fantastic and the floor staff were amazingly hospitable. We were looking for a whole variety of recommendations and the team was so happy to share their insight. Christina and the two other staffers on site today (5-26) were just so knowledgeable and welcoming. Thank you for making our stop in town special :)

Stopped in here today to pick out a new vape for my wife. The store was very nice and clean with a ton of different options from vapes to herbal to hooka smoking supplies. We were greeted and helped by Nikki, who was super friendly and very patient and helpful. Highly recommended establishment that we will continue to support.

If I could give 0 stars I would this is the biggest joke/rip off of a "smoke shop" I've ever seen in my entire life your better off going to your local hole in the wall vape shop before coming here if your also looking for new devices to smoke from DO NOT spend money that your okay with not getting back just bought a pulsar barb fire the idiot behind the counter said they had no bad reviews and even said they knew people that used it and never had any problems out of it that was the biggest lie EVER I haven't had this pos a week and it's already getting so clogged that it won't even hit till you've burnt everything you've put into it and the other idiot that I'm assuming was the manager stepped in to persuade us into getting a more expensive one saying it was better and if we were to have any problems with it to just register it on the website for a warranty after hitting it a total of 7 times it got so insanely clogged I had to throw the whole top part in alcohol to soak over night made it like brand new but after 3-4 hits clogged right back so we go to the website and it says on the website that if you were to purchase it through a 2nd party like this joke of a place that there's nothing that they can do so long story short I'm out of 200 dollars because these idiots lied to me about a fake return policy DO NOT SHOP HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET SCAMMED !!!

I ask a decent amount of questions about the stuff I buy, but it was really hard to get any real answers that I had about some of the products, got a lot of "I don't know " about everything, plus being in the store for less than ten minutes sent me in to an allergic reaction, finding out that the ac has been off along with them burning a lot of incense.

Twice just in the past month they sold me the wrong parts for my vape, after going back the same day they would not make it right with me, I spent a lot of money in that store for no good reason. Won't be going back, staff is not knowledgeable on what they sell.

This place is my GO TO for everything and anything! If I have a question I call and always get a straight forward honest answer. The staff is amazing and I know almost all of them, let me tell you they are awesome! This by far is my favorite store!

Soo I shop at this store all the time just had the worst experience. What I paid for was completely labeled wrong and overpriced . Upon returning with my receipt I was told they can't make it right when it was their fault it was labeled wrong. Will not be going back.I spent hundreds a month here they lost a loyal customer. They did offer me a discount on a future purchase but not on the. "price locked items that I buy" so to get my money back I would have to buy items I don't ever buy there. Will be adding pics tomorrow

would give 0 stars if I could. the guy dropped my flower on the ground while weighing it and then gave it to me like nothing happened. selection is overpriced. go to a better store nearby

Good vibes. I've never felt uncomfortable or awkward at this location, the staff is very informative too. This is definitely the go to shop.
