Been going here for years. Would like to see more variety in pens. Once I went to buy one and they couldn't sell it because no one knew what it even was. So that's what's the 3 stars

I walked in needing help. They rescued me and provided me all the steps needed for a beginner hookah purchaser. I felt supported and they were beyond knowledgeable. I will purchase all future hookah needs from this spot right here! I love my hookah already. Great choice overall!!

I called to check to see if they had my pods. The lady on the phone said her name was "T". I asked about three different pods and she didn't have the first 2, but she did have the novo 2 pods I was looking for. She said, "that's all they fucking send us anymore." When I asked about the price she told me she couldn't tell me. I definitely won't be shopping here ever again. Go to Kure for your vape needs because these guys not only cuss at their customers on the phone, but they never have what I need in stock. Thankfully there is a Kure nearby.

Outstanding. It's rather hidden but once you find this little gem it's totally worth it. Everyone is great!

I bought two elfbars from this location NEITHER work I was given NO receipt and when I called to have an exchange I was told to come in store only to be treated with a snobby attitude and told i can't get my money back or an exchange. jade and abby refused to tell me when the manager came in and told me off on the phone in addition to hanging up in my face twice. I was told they didn't know when the manager works and they would barely give me their names. I will never give this store my business again. they have the rudest employees and act like they don't care about customers or the job. ever since they came under new management HORRIBLE BUSINESS

Made a visit to high life yesterday after not stopping by in months and it was worth every dime I spent. I had a hard time understanding some items but Anna was a great help with all my questions she had great customer service and was very patient keep up the good work high life team

Drove out of my way for them to be closed when they were supposed to be open. Sorry and Lazy. Update your hours so this doesn't happen to future paying customers.

RUINED CHRISTMAS !!! Employee wrapped glass water pipe but did not have original box, so she found comparable box. Never removed until given as Christmas gift. When we opened and unwrapped the pipe, the bowl separated from the stem!! Store would not refund or replace as policy stated. Taking my business elsewhere!
