i come in here EVERY WEEK and they have only had my flavor ONCE in the past month i've come by. You'd think vape stores would keep some sort of stock right? obviously not. prime example of why i go to the cornelius store cause THEY ALWAYS HAVE MY STUFF. 0/10 travel to a farther location.

Me and my husband has baught many things from them but we will be no longer giving them our business. We went in to buy a new mod for my husband who is a retired marine we go to check out and get asked for our ids which we was more then happy too and we both handed over our military ids. Which in turn the lady tells us that they can not scan or accept military ids and went on to tell us how it bugs their systems to scan them when by law they have to accept them cause there Federal ids. So they are discriminating against our military both active and retired military.

Purchased a product from here and got home and product was not working and immediately called and told them their product was not working that I just spent $80 on and was told to call the manufacturer they don't do returns here. Very very rude and I DO NOT suggest spending your money at this place. Just call the manufacturer sir is all I got for my $80. Will never shop here nor my friends.

I have been to this shop multiple times and they seem well informed on their products and are normally very helpful. Today I spent $30 on a Nova Smok Master Vape kit. Upon getting home I did everything I needed to do for it to work properly, my wife has one so she was familiar with the process. After an hour of charging the vape would not work. We took the pod out and it worked fine on my wife's vape. I called the shop and asked for troubleshooting advice on the product. They also informed me that they have seen problems with this particular device before. They proceeded to tell me once the vape leaves the store it cannot be returned or exchanged. They also said a lot of people test the vape out before leaving the store. This would have been great knowledge to have if they only told me!!! Do not shop here. What kind of business doesn't take a defective product back after only purchasing an hour ago? I will not be back.

Terrible service, I've been a their customer for over 2 years and bought a new Vaporesso mod that only worked for less than 2 weeks. Clearly defective device. Was told to buy another or contact manufacturer. They just lost a loyal customer.
