Brittany was SO incredibly helpful today when I went to find something for pain relief after multiple hip surgeries and a lower back injury. I ended up buying two types of Kratom to try, the Bumble Bee brands of the Red Maengda and the Bali Gold. 40 capsules in each bag and only $9.99 each. I've taken them today, as she instructed I should, and I definitely can tell some relief.I highly recommend High Life - they are knowledgeable and don't try to force expensive sales on you just for the sake of making a sale. Good selection, poorly staffed. It's taken 10 minutes of waiting while one employee helps one person look at one pipe. Apparently, the employees can only help one person at a time, and must not be allowed to help more than one person at a time because one would think that would be the obvious thing to do.Again, good selection, and worth the weight of 15 to 30 minutes if you plan on spending $100. If you don't plan on spending $100, perhaps you're patient enough to wait for 15 to 30 minutes to spend $10

Staff is friendly BUT don't EVER try to return a defective e-cig device. Bought SMOK pen vape and it started leaking 1st day. Took it back and the would not refund or credit towards another purchase even though unit was defective.Broke a glass ring and bought 2 replacement rings. The rings were supposed to fit but both we're too tall for cap to screw on. They would not refund or credit towards another purchase as it was not within 5 days of purchase. THESE were clearly defective! They lost a patron today. I will go to KURE down the street as THEY will refund these purchases if product defective.

i just got let go of HighLife, im not mad but they ate so cheap they won't even pay me for my commission for the sales i sold. They don't want you to know they do have cockroaches, they're huge. i legit couldn't leave my bag on the floor cause i was scared they would crawl in it. Y'all are the lowest paying vape shop in town and now i know why.Also here's a tip, if you buy a vape and you end up not liking the taste or whatever just tell them that the vape is burnt and nasty. They aren't allowed to try customers vapes so.

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS! Bought a hookah, when I got home the glass was broken after looking closer the glass bottom just fell off. Called and brought it back. They told me only exchange. I brought it in. They asked if I wanted a refund I said I'll try another hookah. I brought it home and the metal tube from the bottom was missing. BROUGHT IT BACK AGAIN! Then as soon as I got home I tried it . Now the tube which you inhale is not working. I asked for a refund at this point because I didn't want to do business with them anymore. The hookah on display or so old and not maintained and not cleaned. There were spider webs/ dustbin ya in the two hookahs I had in my home. I followed all of the directions that were given to me, purchased all the extra attachments that they said would make the item work. It didn't and now they are telling me they won't take back the item because they can't resell. YOU SHOULDN'T BE SELLING OR RESELLING A DEFECT ITEM! Now they want me to email their manager who isn't available to assist me to let her know my concerns. My only concern is getting my money back and your guys making sure your employees are knowledgeable about items in the store instead of blowing smoke in my face and answering my questions by saying " oh I don't know." So irritated! Now I'm forever to own a hookah that isn't worth anything. Great. Will update review pending on what happens. If anything happens I guess this shows you how much this business cares about customers! Also bought a "dark" fro yo leaf- threw it away as soon as I unraveled it because it was riddled with holes. . Buddha's Bazzar is MUCH BETTER!! Go there for your smoking needs!

People are being pretty harsh with these low ratings. Sure they are out of product a lot but the low prices and friendliness of the staff more than makes up for it. Their ejuice prices are easily 30-50% cheaper than your mainstream vape shops. Give them a shot, you'll keep coming back!

I had been buying all my juice here for three years and now for almost a month they have been out of mine. I'm through with them. Trying juices from other shops now. And they stay understaffed so the wait time is terrible. Also I had decided a couple weeks ago to upgrade from the pen type to a much bigger mod. Went in and told the girl what I was looking to do and she was no help. Didn't try to explain them to me at all and I knew very little about them. She just said there they are and stood back. Terrible customer service to a long time customer.

I had gone there regularly for a while and always got the same thing. They know that it will take literally one minute to help me, but instead I have to wait 30 min while they talk to one customer about vaporizer parts. That customer didn't even end up buying anything. There are other places in g-town to get that stuff.
