WARNING, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I purchased a brand new water bubbler and once unwrapped at home there was an obvious defect to the product. I called location to ask for even exchange or money back and they only could offer a discount on a NEW water bubbler. I emailed corporate with photos, videos, receipts and bank statements as proof. I sent everything corporate had asked for via email and still they will not take responsibility for their broken defective product. This is a total SCAM! The chip/hole was on the back of bubbler, so be careful when you pick from shelf because they go and wrap it up right away before you can see it. What a SCAM! $150 bucks in the trash. Horrible customer service and unprofessional. I will NEVER shop here again.

I recently purchased a "Cartisan Black Box" Vape from here. Took it home, charged it over night and it never turned on. Took it back up there, they could see it was faulty and just a bad item but they refused to exchange it. I wasn't asking for a refund or store credit just simply asked for a swap. It's very obvious they do not care about customer service as they turned me away and said there was nothing they could do. Money wasted.

Very reasonable prices.The staff is really informative & knowledgeable.Do not mention anything about illegal substances, & bring your i.d, this staff is very professional.They have awesome incenses too! My favorite is the awapuhi ! Also the Mexican restaurant next door is the bomb if you have the "Munchies" ;)

High Life is the place to go for anything you need. The beat out the prices on everything, even better prices on vapes and juice. They are a little further then me but it's worth the drive. Emily and Maddy and Eric are always welcoming. Worth the extra 10 minutes in the car for the personalities.

they don't back up their products , don't purchase anything from this company terrible customer service, every Christmas for the past 5 years we do a bong exchange with several family members been purchasing 5-6 bongs from High life every year. this year one of the three had a defective leaking water. it was never used, Manager Alyssa would not exchange it. she just lost a $1k loya customer because of her poor management skills. should not be in that position. Moving forward taking my business to a honorable business
