High Life Cornelius

This is my second favorite store to go to, I usually frequent the one in charlotte since it's closer to my work. Wonderful staff, well educated on there products. I normally come here every other two weeks to stock up on my lost Mary vapes. But they have a lot of other products as well.

Low quality items, rude staff. They do not stand behind the cheap products they sell.No thanks!

I come into High Life almost everyday to buy something, they always have new products every week, an they always seem to switch it up, the manager an staff are super nice an always greet me when I come in! This is by far the best smoke shop in the Huntersville/Cornelius area, best prices, great customer service, an a all around great place to go!

I recently bought a battery here and when I went home to charge it, it never turned on. When I went to exchange it for another one at the store they told me it was my fault, without even looking at it. It was a $5 item. I will never give these people my money again.

The worst smoke shop in Cornelius. Bad product selection and horrible customer service. Got sold faulty items and couldn't get my money back or even an exchange.

Store has definitely gone down hill in the past few months. Katie and Montana are the one star, they are the best but the lack of selection and store policies are kind of ridiculous. Alyssa, the district manager, is cold and hasn't listened when I've come in before.

Horrible business and the people that work here might be worse. Sold me a defective item and wouldn't take it back as a return. Person at the front told me to kick rocks. Take your business to the better smoke shop right down the street

Bought a rechargeable vape, never charged. Had it for 2 days and they wouldn't exchange or give any refund. Wanted me to pay for an entire new product when theirs didn't ever work properly to begin with

I've come here 3 times for vapes/d8 crate and each time the staff seems really annoyed that I'm there. I get it's work but I get a bad vibe when I walk in there. Honestly I go to apotheca now which is up the street everyone there is always so nice and they have most of the same things as highlife. Just don't bother with this place they don't seem to want you there anyway :/

SLEAZY DISHONEST BUSINESS WITH HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Unless you want to be STOLEN FROM, do NOT shop here. After a promised refund never posted to my bank account, I spent HOURS on the phone, in the store, and emailing back-and-forth with managers and owners only to be told they would not be refunding my money. I am currently in the process of filing in small claims court. Will never shop here again.
