I've visited many haunted trails throughout my life, and while this one was entertaining enough, it just didn't hold up to the best out there. My main issue was having an employee guide us through. I understand the need for it with the way it's set up, but this could be easily fixed by having a rope on each side of the trail so that we could find our own way through. The employee really distracts from the potential scariness of the trail, especially when they're talking the entire time. All in all, the goal for a haunted trail, although we know it's fake, is to feel as close to an actual haunted experience as possible. The tour guide really removes that ability. Kudos to being in business for 30 years! It's a decent haunt, especially considering the price is lower than most. However, I wouldn't return.

We first tried their trail before covid - it. Was. Awesome. They were closed last Halloween and we were terribly disappointed- so we were very excited when we found out they are open this year! it's a great place, creepy woods, creepy people and very authentic props! Even after Covid has screwed everything up, this haunted trail is still our favorite-hands down.

AMAZINGGGGG! Went on a thursday & my friend & i were literally the only ones there. NO wait & we were the only ones on the trail so we got everyone jumping out at us. The trail was about 15/20min long & definitely worth the $15. Being outside in the woods made it even better. Not far from uptown Charlotte. So if you are looking for a good time getting scared for halloween this is the place to go! Looking forward to next year.

So I had heard pretty good reviews about this place, hence why I drove an hour to visit this trail. It would've lived up to its ratings under the right circumstances, I suppose. I highly recommend you guys put an age limit on this. My experience was absolutely subpar considering there was a crying, screaming 9 year old at the front of the line. Staff was too scared to TELL the child's father to take him out. The boy could barely walk, he was crying so hard and the dad said "no we're fine, he's going to be alright" so the tour guide stopped at every scary part and told the actors to take their masks off and show the little boy it wasn't real ....way to ruin it for all of the rest of us buddy. Either put an age limit on it or make sure the guides don't allow this to happen again. For everyone else's sake.

Hands down the best haunted attraction I've ever been to. A long walk through the woods, in and out of little huts and pitch-black mazes, with more than enough actors relentlessly pursuing with chainsaws, or merely creeping behind you. I took two 14 year olds and a 17 year old and they all agreed it was the best attraction they'd ever been to.
