Hestia Rooftop

Had a business dinner here and really enjoyed it. They have a great rooftop and the ambiance has a modern twist. The place was jam packed so that was a good sign upon entering. The service was exceptional as this dinner went for 3 hours; I know, ugh! The food is amazing, tasty, fresh and very well presented. Would love to get back here at some point in the future if I get back to Charlotte.

Excellent food but the operations and service leave much to be desired. We were celebrating a friend's birthday so we had a large group (10) but they won't seat you until everyone is there. Fair enough but as we waited for people to get through parking lot maze they threatened to give our table away at every turn. I felt very reprimanded and the directional signage from the deck to the restaurant was less than clear. Then they only allow a 4 way split of checks, which is just annoying. It is hard to believe that in this world of AI they can't get a POS system that can accommodate large groups. Now the food was spectacular! That is the only thing (aside from great company) that made up for the logistical and policy headaches. I had the ribeye special that was so tender and seasoned to perfection. The crab dip, seafood tower, wagyu meatballs and scallop roll were all amazing. I also tasted the seabass and it was wonderful. I probably won't be back because you don't get to take my money and reprimand me too, but if you go for a meal you won't be disappointed!

Hestia Rooftop is a stunning venue with an unbeatable atmosphere. The views are breathtaking, and the overall vibe is sophisticated and chic - it's clear a lot of effort has gone into creating a memorable setting.The food, while undeniably high quality, left a lot to be desired. The flavors and presentation were nice, but the portions and overall experience didn't quite justify the hefty price tag. It feels like most of what you're paying for is the location and ambiance rather than the culinary experience.That said, if you're looking for a spot to impress with the atmosphere and enjoy some decent bites along the way, Hestia Rooftop is worth a visit. Just manage your expectations when it comes to the food.

The food is delicious and the aesthetics are warm and the music is upbeat. Our waitress Tony was superb! I will return.

The staff was welcoming and professional. The restaurant was clean. The rooftop was under construction. For a birthday celebration, we would have preferred better seating, as we were placed in a corner along the side of the room, somewhat separated from the open-concept area of the restaurant. That said, I enjoyed the sushi, and the cocktails were great--especially the Dirty Shirley and the Green Tea cocktail.

Had a birthday dinner at this restaurant. The staff, atmosphere, service, and food were just perfect. Was definitely a grown and sexy vibe. We had a variety of sushi which was absolutely delicious. I would definitely come back again and recommend for any special occasion.

Was meeting up with my best friend and she wanted me to try it because she knew how much I loved Sushi!Upon exiting the elevators you have arrived at the Hestia rooftop experience and trust me it is just that whether you sit indoors or out. We went in the evening so the lighting was just right. Not too bright and not too dark.Started the night off with appetizers: Spicy Edamame and the Japanese Curry Crab Dip. Then ordered a few rolls because well I love sushi and when in "Rome", along with a bottle of J Lohr Cabernet. Our waiter was excellent and he checked on us frequently but not too much of that makes sense. I can't wait to go back when it's warmer so I can experience the outside vibe!

I was highly impressed with this restaurant. Usually the food is disappointing at these upscale type spots. I was happily proven wrong. The food while pricey was delicious. Flavors stacked on top of flavors. The sea bass was awaome. I'd drink the kimchi sauce they served it with. The truffle mac and cheese and the greens were delicious sides. The service was excellent. The staff was attentive and friendly. They have inside seating with an awesome Sushi bar. If the weather permits sit outside. The views are awesome. They have covered and uncovered seating outside. I will definitely be returning to this place when I'm in town.

Food was awesome. Service was excellent. Modern upscale ambience. Came for Valentine's celebration. Will also come back with friends.
