Heartwood at Longleaf

Located in the Longleaf C C clubhouse, open to the public. Chef Charles does a great job mixing up the menu to keep it interesting. There are specials each night, ribs on Thursday etc.

HIDDEN GEM! Held our company awards banquet here! Absolutely loved it!! The food was AMAZING, service outstanding and the chef was extremely friendly. Cindy, the manager, was so accommodating as well. We will be back for future company functions and I will be back to eat on a normal lunch or dinner day. Seriously nothing but great things to say. Thank you!

We went for Sunday Brunch today. Excellent food and service. Tremendous value, too. Everyone dining seemed so happy to be there. Looked at the dinner menu while there. Looks great. A friend told me that his wife says the chicken Marsala is the best she has had anywhere. We will be back and soon!

So not impressed!!! It had 5 stars so we thoughtIt was a done deal but much to my dismay, it was awful. The bartender had a real attitude because she messed up my drink so that was how we started this day. The waitress was cute and sweet she was a dingbat. She didn't check the food she didn't check the bill when she brought it to us there are many things that were forgotten and it just wasn't a " country club" environment. I won't come here again but I can say that I can check it off my Restaurant list. Very disappointed but won't waste anymore time on it

Best Sunday brunch in this part of NC. Incredible clam chowder. Chef Charles is a personable and gifted chef who makes sure that everything coming out of the kitchen is perfect.

Amazing food and atmosphere. My wife rarely finish's here plate but did here. She had the grouper and I had the seafood platter grilled. Offers outside dining too, looks over the putting green.

The food was excellent. Our server was inattentive. Never asked if I wanted more water or wine. We had to ask about dessert. We have been waiting over 10 minutes just for her to pick up our credit cards. However another server has been busting his chops. So maybe it's just the server. The food was good. Maybe it had something to do with my friend and I not being members of this golf club. Not sure. Also, I understand this place has been renovated. It's very spacious but no warmth. White walls, white ceilings. No plants or pictures. No color. It's rather stark and lacks warmth. The rooms need something to add some sort of coziness. However again, the food was well prepared.
