Hawthorne's NY Pizza & Bar

This is our favorite place in town! My son loves the wings and I love the BLT salad and add grilled chicken! Garlic knots are soooo good. Pizza is always on point. I've always had great service. Drink specials are amazing.

Good pizza. Order online and pickup. Get texts when pizza is ready. Wish the texts gave us a 10 minute head start, since the time quoted at order was 65 minutes out, but the Ready text came 20 minutes early. We have had the NY style 3 times, with sausage and mushroom, pepperoni, and the veggie. All were well cooked and hot when picked up. New local favorite (when we're not in The mood for Alinos).

This was a solid! A few things:1. The Sicilian doesn't come in a smaller size unless it's part of a special! I learned this the hard way because my husband got the special and I just assumed the make your own was also a personal pizza. False. Ended up with a MASSIVE pizza, but also a good laugh about it. I should have confirmed.2. The garlic knots are extremely good. Will absolutely get them again.3. Both my husbands pizza and mine were delicious. I just needed a lot less of it 4. Service started out a little slow, but was really on top of things once we ordered.Ended up paying way more than I wanted for lunch, but this was my fault and I have a ton of leftovers.

While we were in town visiting my mom today we decided to have dinner at Hawthorne's. Upon entering, I noticed that the restaurant was very clea. We were promptly greeted and seated. Throughout our experience, our server was very attentive and friendly. All of the employees appeared to work as a team.We started with the garlic knots. We have had a lot of garlic knots in a lot of authentic Italian restaurants and my husband and I both agreed that these may be the BEST garlic knots we have ever had! Soft, buttery & flavorful with the perfect amount of light crispness on the bottom. They were so good - I probably could have eaten all 6 myself.I can't remember the name of the pizza we had - Crew something. It was a great combination pizza - meatballs, sausage, pepperoncini (we held the onions). We also had an antipasto salad which was amazing (so fresh). My mom had a grilled chicken sub that she enjoyed. It was equivalent to two large sandwiches and paired with a fresh side salad.I REALLY wanted to try the cannolis, but my full belly didn't permit. I'll definitely save room next time!Without a doubt we will be making this a regular stop when we are in Mooresville! GREAT FOOD & GREAT SERVICE

So glad we found this place!!! Been in Mooresville for a few years now and Pizza is terrible just okay. Nothing that stands out at all.Hawthorne's though. I have had the calzone on both visits and split the Pene a la Vodka with the wife. Both are incredible. The staff were super nice and my daughter won two stuffed animals in the claw machine!Highly, highly recommend. We will be back often!

The best pepperoni pizza I've had in a long time. The spicy wings were SO, SO good. Absolutely perfect. And the cannolis were as good as from a New York bakery. Can't wait to have this again.

We went on a Friday night to check it out and waited about 20 minutes for a table inside so not too bad. We could have sat outside immediately if we wanted to. When we were seated, we found it to be very loud and not easy to hold a conversation, even being at one end of the restaurant. Food - we ordered a couple of pizzas, a side salad and a sandwich. The pizza was okay, the sandwich tasted good. Overall, not a place I would be making a point to go back to. Interesting observation, cheaper to buy 2 nine inch pizzas than to order one 18 inch.

I regularly go to this Hawthorne's. I always get the same server, Matt Sitarski. He knows my order, he remembers me, my friends and family and goes out of his way to ensure my "special order" is handled. He is awesome and one of the reasons I go here! Keep up the great work!

Hey first time at Hawthorne's or rather the one in Mooresville which very near me. It was excellent and has lots gluten free options!!I always judge an eatery at least at first glance by the way the side salad looks. In this case it was great!! Pizza good! Pasta Alfredo good! Wings good! Will be back!

Such great tasting pizza when it's cooked. We have enjoyed your pizza for the past 2 years, and the last 3 deliveries, dough is completely raw. Can we please do better?
