Hartlands Bar

Since visiting the area and now living in Rock Hill I have been to Hartland's a couple times. Very friendly staff. Definitely has the feel of a "locals" hang out but everyone has always been very friendly. My wife and I just had the wedge salad which was very good and the chili which was superb. I will definitely be including it as one of my "go to" places.

My bsf lives in Charlotte so we usually find a restaurant off Dave Lyle Blvd as a meeting spot and I thought Hartland would be a good place. They have a good rating on Yelp and Google so I checked the menu out and they have some pretty good options for everyone's food and diet choices. It's a small bar restaurant, reminds me of a smaller Carolina Ale House. They opened at 11 and we got there around 11:15. We didn't take long to order but it did take quite some time for the food to come out and the restaurant had only been opened about 20-30 minutes and that's why I gave 4 stars. Also because it was extremely cold in there. Since it had just opened, I gave some grace for the heat to kick in, but it remained cold the entire time and we were there for 2 hours. I ordered the Caesar salad with grilled salmon and a side of sweet potato fries. The salmon was cooked perfectly and seasoned well but the salad was mid. Some pieces of lettuces seemed fresher than others and it was drenched in Caesar dressing. I should have asked for the dressing on the side so I could monitor the amount. All in well it was a 8/10 because the salmon was so good. The sweet potato fries were overcooked and very crunchy but they were still enjoyable. I'd give them about a 7/10. I ordered my bf crab cakes to go and he said they were pretty good, about a 8/10. He said the taste and texture were fairly spot on and tasted fresh. This wouldn't be my first choice, but I'd definitely come here again for a bite to eat and meet my friends for a half way point.

Absolutely love their wings and tater tots. The serving size is huge for the price. We've only gotten delivery but would absolutely eat in here if we had the chance. Their homemade ranch is phenomenal.

This is a classic neighborhood bar with good bar food to match. The service is very good, even when they are busy. I went on a Tuesday night, there was bingo if you're into that. I ordered the Hartland on draft, which is actually a great beer at a great price. I also ordered a "build your own" burger. I picked the brioche bun, ground angus, sirachi cheese, and all the veggies with Hartland aioli and mustard. I also ordered a side of fries. Great burger great fries.

So glad that the real fries are back at Hartlands! The waffle fries are ok, but I'm a straight fry guy. Thank you Hartlands for bringing them back.

Tony and I was waiting on our car to be fixed, so we walked over to the restaurant about 1/4 mile away from garage. We got there when they first opened up. The waitress seated us immediately near the windows in a booth. The restaurant was well decorated, and sports broadcasting on every TV. Tony ordered a Budweiser in a bottle which was on special for $2.50 each and I went with Half-Half Tea with lemon and lime. I hate when tea is barely brewed, because tea should not look like colored water. It should be a darker amber color.We ordered the Tot-chos which was like nachos with cheese, jalapenos, tomatoes, grilled onions and sour cream. We also ordered the Ham, pineapple & cheese flatbread but ended up sending it back because it was barely cooked. It was not very good at all. They were nice and took it back and took it off our ticket. The tots were very good!!!

Nothing special, servers did not look like they were enjoying their work and the food was meh as best

The chicken Caesar wrap was cooked with the lettuce inside of it so it was soggy with wilted lettuce . The buffalo chicken wrap was so cold the shredded cheese inside wouldn't even melt, soggy from the sauce, and honestly couldn't even tell if there was chicken in it or not. Both sets of fries were cold.... Everything was very mid. I would not go back or recommend. Service was also meh. Go elsewhere

Terrible servings chicken dinner was flat overcooked and looked like a fast food restaurant discard - a thin slice of dry so called chicken dinner and it comes with a tiny side that was tasteless. Horrible service and when told the food was overcooked they said sometimes that happens but refused to make it better or offer a refund or replacement - not a place to go if you expect a dinner

Great food friendly service. Home town atmosphere, a place to relax take in a game and enjoy a good meal
