Soooooo good!!! Went to lunch with my bestie here today! It was crowded and we thought for sure there'd be a wait, but we were seated immediately. The hostess was sweet and helpful, our waitress was really friendly and lovely!!!!! Her name was Felicia, she had us cracking up!! It was a nice, clean atmosphere, very family friendly. Lots of parking spaces outside and dining space inside with ample seating.Very yummy menu items, and so many different ones to choose from!!!!! I got the gyro plate with chicken, it came with pita, sauce, and Greek salad, as well as fries and grilled, seasoned chicken! So good!!!! You get so much food for how little you pay! I love that they've kept this place affordable, even with inflation and this terrible economy, their food is still great and the portion sizes are wonderful!!!This is a great place to grab a bite with the fam and not break the bank!!!! My friend got the chicken pot pie and loved it. She also got the cabbage, banana pudding, and mashed potatoes with gravy, she loved everything except the mashed potatoes. :) we will be back again! Highly recommend!!!

Always order takeout from here because there's something for everyone, the portions are humongous and prices aren't bad. Came in today for breakfast per my mom's request. Great experience. Did not realize they have homemade cakes on deck. I'm sure I'll be pippin in from time to time to pick up a slice. Good service. 15 min wait on Saturday morning. Can't beat it.

Harrisburg Family House is a classic homestyle restaurant, complete with daily specials, friendly staff and customers, and a menu to suit most diners, including families. I was looking for comfort food at lunch and the restaurant's offerings were a great fit. The portions are large and filling and I plan to come back for breakfast. Total for fried mushroom appetizer, iced tea, and grilled flank steak & sides was under $25 (includes leftovers to take home).

I Drive past here everyyyyday to go to work but never been. Today I had some extra time and I wanted breakfast and immediately thought of this place. I arrived a little after 9am and it wasn't super busy but there were definitely more than a few people dining in. It's very spacious inside with a ton of tables and booths. My server Felicia guided me to my table and she was so great with a bubbly personality. I didn't see it on the menu but I asked her if they do like a country fried steak she said not today but on Saturday during lunch they have it and country fried chicken too so I'll def be back for that! I ended up ordering the meat lovers omelette with hash browns and wheat toast. My order came out very fast and it was definitely a nice sized omelet for sure. I ate EVERYthing. The prices were very affordable and I was pleased with my experience. I'll be back for that country fried steak!

This place always has some good food, served hot and fresh. I love their breakfast and wish it was served all day long. However it's not so I went in for lunch and got the lasagna which came with a side salad and garlic bread. It was sooooooo good! Didn't take long to come out and it was so hot had to take a few minutes to let it cool down lol. Wait staff can be a hit or miss sometimes however, but I don't remember my waitress name, not sure she told me but she was good, in spite of having so many other tables to cover.

We pick up every now and then. My go to is usually marinated beef strips with rice and gravy, fried squash, rolls. Tried the ribeye sandwich with side of onion rings, and was just as happy. Everything tastes good. Good portion sizes!

Wonderful service. Expansive menu. My bacon cheeseburger was good, not great. Onion rings were nothing special. Maybe just not the place to get a burger because the pasta dishes that went past me looked really good.

I have dined here multiple times this year. The food is delicious! Try the chicken parm & thank me later.. it's the best I've ever had. They have a variety of food on their menu.. the prices are good. Service is great ! Will be back of course!

I've enjoyed this place since it opened. Good food at a fair price. Love their burgers and onion rings, but at $18.00 maybe it's time to start cooking my burgers at home. You can buy a lot of hamburger and buns for $18.00. I'll still drop in a couple of times per year, but being retired, more than that will definitely be out of my price range...

The food was amazing as was the ambience of the place. Seemed like a true southern family run restaurant. And that's just fine with me. We were greeted right away when we entered we sat and the server was Johnny on the spot. Everything about the visit willHave me coming back for more.
