I haven't tried anything but their cheeseburger and I have to say it was really good. This was at the beginning of Dec. 2022. Smothered it with toppings ( Everything + All The Way) so it was huge, messy, and hit the spot. My adult daughter & I split it (with FF) and we were full, happy, and satisfied. My daughter & I are NOT "dainty" eaters, so we can put away some food when it's good. We ATTACKED that burger. It put up a fight with all those toppings, but it didn't have a chance with us!!So if you're not impressed with the bbq, try the burger. It was properly cooked & toppings were fresh. If you're hungry and not afraid of letting anyone see you really enjoy your food, we recommend ALL the toppings!! Or just do take-out & thoroughly enjoy your guilty pleasure.

RREAD THIS FIRST! The food is awful. Had both the barbecued beef sandwich and the barbecue pork sandwich. Both sliced. It was simply terrible. Seriously awful. Crazy skimpy portion on the beef, both were stunningly dry and seriously flavorless. Service was very nice and it's a really cute place but the food is barbaric. Always keep in mind any place that says barbecue and doesn't smell like barbecue, isn't barbecue.

I enjoy finding local gems to support. It's too bad this one didn't pan out. The overall food experience just fell short.I ordered some common staples that I thought would be solid: pulled pork, BBQ chicken and BBQ ribs. The pulled pork was mushy. The BBQ chicken was swimming in sauce. I got the dregs of the rack for BBQ ribs, barely any meat and not even half a rack. Baked beans, vinegar slaw and hush puppies were decent sides. Corn on the cob was mushy and tasteless. Brunswick stew was probably the tastiest thing I ate.After spending $40 for dinner, I don't feel I got my monies worth. I'd like to give the benefit of the doubt and say it was an off night. If I go back, it'll be for lunch to test things out.

Very nice people- horrible food. Not in any way shape or form Bbq. More like meat smothered in ketchup. Sorry. Would make for a good episode of kitchen nightmares!

If I could leave them less than one star I would the f the food here is atrocious and absolutely unseasoned the barbecue is chopped up almost to a paste and doesn't resemble meat they're coleslaw is chopped up too fine and leaves a pool of mayonnaise water no other seasonings just mayonnaise I'm in their hush puppies once again no seasoning just fried cornmeal if you are a fan of bland no seasoned cooking this is the place for you I don't think these people have ever seen a spice rack

The bbq itself isn't my favorite...I felt it was a little dry for NC bbq. But it still had good flavor and all the sides were delicious.

I was hoping I could make a change to this review. I was here the other day to get my usual; wings with a side of fries. And I can't being to explain how shocked I was to see no change in price. From local mom and pop shops to the big chains, everyone has gone up in price with their wings. Not here. Not sure if this is supply chain genius or just a way to say thanks to the locals that have always supported, but I'm glad that prices have stayed steady and I really look forward to eating here in the future!!

Great service and loved the food. They honestly been great for awhile been coming here for several years now!
