Haile Street Grill

Ate breakfast here and loved it! The cinnamon roll pancakes are "off the chain"!!! The service was great too! We will return!

Our ROMEO group came here for the first time today. We had nine of us and none of us had been before. It was fairly busy and there's not a lot of tables, especially when you have nine. They had two tables set up for six but the waitress was very good about accommodating us. We waited about 8-9 minutes and she moved a table over in the rear after one person had finished eating, and set it up with nine chairs. Great menu...their options for Meat & Two, or Meat & Three looked very enticing. They had fried Chicken, Dark chicken, broiled chicken, fried Pork Chops, Liver and Onions, along with some black eyed peas, green beans w/potatoes, collard greens, Mac & Cheese, Mash Potatoes and Gravy. I probably have left some things off, but it all looked good. Three of our guys ordered off the menu (hamburgers and the Chicken Sandwich). The rest of us tried the (1)Fried Chicken +2, (2)Fried Pork Chop+3, (1) Liver & Onions, (1) baked chicken and a cup of vegetable soup, (1) Cheeseburger.Comments from the group: The soup was really good. The liver and onions were great. Hamburgers were ok. The Pork chops got varied results...I thought mine was very tender and the other person thought his was dry (plus he did find a hair in his pork chop!). The Fried Chicken guy thought his breast was a little dry. Ratings from all of us went from a low of (1) 3.5 up to (2) 5s. Our average rating was a 4.3 as most of the guys rated it 4-4.5. Prices are very good and the value is exceptional. The waitresses and everyone were really good. I can see how this would be a busy place and I'd like to go early and try a breakfast selection sometime. They stop serving breakfast st 10:30AM and it's a bit of a drive for us from NE Cola area, but this was worth it. I'll return!

First time at the Haile Street Grill and it won't be the last. Stopped in for breakfast and knew immediately from the atmosphere this would be a good experience. Very friendly staff, great service, and most importantly, one of the best omelettes I've had in a long time. If you're looking for a new place to check out, I recommend the Haile Street Grill.

Breakfast here is my favorite! Large portions of traditional breakfas items. Pancakes offered with an amazing variety of toppings, grits, potatoes, biscuits, and great omelettes. Convenient for take out and very reasonably priced. No complaints here, but getting hungry writing this.

Great staff, very friendly!We went for breakfast, and it was delicious, price was great, and service was great.(Only challenge was parking, but well worth the walk)

Just good, simple country fare. Steam table with fried chicken, fish, and pork chops. Hamburgers and tots etc. Cheeseburger was adequate, tots were good. Pork chop was expertly fried, mashed potatoes were lovely, limas exceptional, collards a bit on the bland side. Service was friendly and prompt. One bathroom, so there can be a wait. . . But a solid diner experience!

Scott and family do a great job at Haile Street. Food is always spot on and affordable. His food truck Haile on Wheels is outstanding too.

Found this place from looking at google maps to find somewhere new to eat. This place is amazing and super cheap for the price! Friendly staff, food came out really quick, and the atmosphere reminds me of a classic diner. We will return!
