Good place for a good meal at a reasonable price. If you leave here hungry it's your fault. As is traditional, chips and salsa to start then my son ordered the lunch #11- beef Taquitos, and I got the lunch #5- Pollo Fundido. The food is good portions for the price and consistent.The location in Austin Village makes for a quiet lunch since the area is mostly residential.It's not a WOW kind of meal, but on this occasion I wanted to keep it simple.

Fabulous Mexican food and great service! My kid loves the robot waiter that helps deliver food. It plays music and is very fun! I loved my chicken enchiladas and the sauces were homemade and delicious! Reasonable prices and great service!

Yesterday, 11-17-23, I used Uber Eats to order lunch and try a new spot. I had a very long day with work and planned for the order to be lunch and dinner. I ordered a fried chimichanga, ground beef with a side of grilled pineapple, elote loco, and flan.The first incident was due to the driver, not the restaurant. I went to retrieve my order & it didn't take long before I realized I had someone's Door Dash order. I called the restaurant and spoke to a female, explaining what happened. She asked for my name and said that my order was still there. I told her that I would come to get it when I could pause working. I asked if she wanted me to return the order I received. She said yes.With rush hour traffic, I did not get to the restaurant until right before 5:30 pm. I explained to the mail at the door that I was there to pick up my order that was not delivered, and I had someone else's order that was delivered to me. I don't know what he said when he went to the back. Some dark haired woman started berating me about she had to redo this order I was returning. It took me repeating about three times what happened & that I was just trying to get my order that I was told was still there. I logged into Uber Eats to show her my order & then the order in my possession that clearly stated Door Dash. I have a picture of the wrong order. I'm just not posting it because it has the other person's name on it. Only after the third time did the dark haired woman actually listen to what I was saying and apologize.Had she been as eager to listen as she was to speak, she would have done her job to ensure that my complete order was in the bag she gave me. It was not, so while I was trying to finally enjoy my meal while still working, I had the pleasure of calling back to the restaurant because the flan I ordered was not in the bag. When I called back, I had to give the full explanation of all that had happened to two different males. Being a customer facing business, staff members at the door and answering the telephone should be about to communicate effectively, but seeing what happened while I was physically at the restaurant and it took multiple explanations before I was actually heard, I'm not surprised. I'd asked if I could return for the flan on Sunday because I have a busy day today and I'd already pushed pause on work that I still had to complete to make the first drive to the restaurant. After being told that they were closed on Sunday, I reluctantly drove back to the restaurant to retrieve my flan. A younger female walked in with a drink container she was holding from serving customers seated outside. She asked how she could help me. I told her that I was there to pick up the flan that wasn't given to me when I came to pick up my order earlier. She went to the back. Eventually, a male brought me the flan. No apologies. No we appreciate your patience. Nothing. The food was decent but because of the service, I won't be returning.The pictures are of my food and each time I called the restaurant; the initial time about receiving someone's door dash order; me calling about not receiving my flan, being asked to hold, & the call was disconnected, and me calling back the last time.

My family has dined here about two times before and told me that I needed to join them the next time to check it out. I was go glad they showed me this spot. The inside of the restaurant was clean and very trendy with plant walls, and signs that glowed which made it super cute! There was no wait when we arrived for a party of five which was nice and the hostess sat us politely and quickly. Our server was fast to stop by and brought out the complimentary chips and salsa that were both great. I ordered the chicken fajitas for two to share with my mother which we both agreed that they were delicious. I opted for black beans instead of refried and they were good too. The fajitas came with two plates of toppings for them so that we each had our own to build the fajitas on the house made tortillas. The others ordered the chicken nachos, veggie burrito, and the combination meal with two enchiladas. All of us were pleased with our choices. I look forward to coming back soon to try out some other items on the menu!

My new favorite Mexican restaurant in town. I highly recommend anything on the menu. The service was excellent. The prices are right on target. I'm going to be visiting this and trying everything on the menu and I recommend you do also.

Ambiance: Quaint little lively Mexican restaurant with pleasant themed music.Service: Greeted as soon as we walked through the door by staff. All were eager to serve and suggest most popular menu items.Food: Complimentary Salsa and Chips, ORDERED Oueso Bowl, Queso Birria Tacos, BBQ Shrimp Nachos, and the Whole Tilapia Fish.Drinks: Jalapeño Margarita, Caribbean Margarita, House Margarita (not featured), and Virgin MojitoOverview: Staff we're friendly and helpful. Menu has a lot to choose from. Drinks were decent size but those that were ordered with alcohol were lacking a kick. Birria tacos were okay. Shrimp nachos okay. The Whole fish was the star of the show. Very good option if you are looking for an out of the box entree. Queso dipping sauce was rich creamy and good.

0 stars should be an option:Terrible service at the Austin Village location. They tell you the price of something and then change it at checkout and charge you more. Bianka Martinez Is the owner and the way she handles her employees is absolutely DISGUSTING. If a waiter quotes you wrong she will take it out of her employees wage and make you feel bad about it. Then she will have the waiter come back to your table and have him practically begging on his knees to pay the price that you weren't quoted. When we got our cards back after checking out. My friend was charged twice. Don't even waste your time with your bad experience complaining with your concerns she don't care. Save your time and money and go to La Unica down the road in Indian Trail. Way better food and better employees.
