It's a lovely small theater, I don't think there's a bad seat in the house. The prices were great. The seats had comfortable cushions and you had a little bit of legroom, which is always nice for tall people. It was clean, and the staff was very courteous. I saw Arabian nights and I was just thrilled about the ballet, clothing, and all the wonderful Ballet people, they had lots to keep you entertained. I highly recommend you check out this small gem of a theater.

I took my daughter to Gunter Theatre to see The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe. It is located right on Main Street in downtown Greenville next to the Peace Center. It is a much smaller theatre than the Peace Center, but the show was still well done. We sat right in the front row, for the same price as any other seat in the house. The show was very good, but a tad pricey at $28 for adults and $18 for kids. The show and the experience were great overall and we will likely be back in the future.

This is part of the Peace Center complex and is used for smaller productions. We attended "The Best Christmas Pageant Ever" performance by the Childrens' Warehouse Theater. We were greeted warmly by the staff at the theater who helped us easily find our seats. The seats are comfortable; the theater is clean; the entire venue is nicely done. The performance was adorable and we enjoyed it because it conjured up memories of the days when my children were small and this was our bedtime book. They so enjoyed the story we polished off the book in fewer nights than there were chapters because they'd beg for me to read another chapter. The production captured that fun element. Parking is sparse on the street, so be prepared to use one of the nearby garages. The fee for "special events" was $10.00 which I find deplorable. There are people of modest means who would find it difficult to purchase tickets AND pay that sort of rate for 90 minutes max of parking.Surely these lots could provide a little more generosity so that more of the population could benefit from these wonderful productions.
