The kitchen is closed currently as they have no staff. They have beer on hand with a pool table and ping pong. The staff was friends and bar was clean and well kept. Hopefully they'll get their kitchen re-opened soon.

With no prejudice, I first gives them a 5 stars.I was called by my girlfriend that there's Latin music for salsa & bachata dancing on a Sunday.I first considered the location for parking. Then I called to confirm the occasion. That Sunday 4-10 pm. I got there after 5 pm, it was quiet yet.There's $10 entrance fee on top of other foods or drinks, if one goes on the dancing floor. The lady at the door said there's no exception.There was DJ for Latino music on dancing floor but no one yet.

I absolutely love Greystone! The staff is awesome, food is great, and drinks are cheap!!They just added a new 85" TV to their restaurant and it is going to be PERFECT for football season. Their patio is very large and accommodating, ton of seating. Every Monday they have a live DJ at 11 pm & on the weekends, have been hosting many EDM events that are equipped with RCF sound and professional lighting/ lasers. Along with a huge visual screen behind their performance stage. Aside from the entertainment, I always get one of their ciders on tap. Normally I would order the Pineapple Cider from Austin's Brewery, but this time I tried a Berry Cider from Blake's Brewery, it was delicious. For our appetizer we order the fried okra and spanakopita. The spanakopita filo dough is perfectly flakey and has an all around balanced flavor. Wait 5 minutes before you eat them, they are HOT! For our entrees i order the "build your own bowl" with an Orzo base, gyro meat & a choice of 3 toppings!! (Shhh, you can order more than 3 toppings ;)) I get the Greek salsa, red onions, feta cheese, and kalamata olives. Alll topped with Tzatziki!! My absolute favorite. My boyfriend SWEARS by their phillycheese steak. According to him, best one he's had in CLT. High praise from such a picky eater!! I also had the chance to try the philly and I really enjoyed it. Their shaved meat melts in your mouth & the seasoning on their French fries need to be sold in stores!!Hope to see y'all at Greystone one night!!

I've been coming here for years!!! First met the owner Tommy in 2010. I've watched Southend go through its transformation and Greystone is still top of the game! Food menu is excellent can never go wrong with a Greek bowl or the Hoagies! The signature Andy's Heavyweight is always a go to when looking for something filling! Brand new Pizza oven installed and adding to an already excellent menu new menu items coming soon!! The daily drink specials are amazing $5 shots. Monday nights service industry night Half Price everything! You can't drink anywhere in Charlotte cheaper on a Monday night than you can at Greystone Pub! Great place to watch Monday night football with 6 big screen TV's surrounding the bar excellent seating for you and all your friends! One of the hottest DJ's in Charlotte DJ JGood spinning from 11pm-2am!Thursday nights some of the best live music around! Weekends it's the spot to be with different events happening at night with EDM DJ's and dancing! College football Saturday come watch Big Ten football Ohio State and all the top games! NFL Sunday if you're from Ohio or anywhere in between watch the Cleveland Browns and the Cincinnati Bengals as an Official Ohio Sports teams backers bar not to mention Cleveland baseball games and basketball games. Never forget to support your local teams with the Hornets and the Panthers games also on tv.Greystone Pub is the place to be in Southend it's walking distance from the New Bern light rail station and the many neighborhood apartments in the surrounding area! Living in the neighborhood is one of the reasons I choose Greystone pub when eating or drinking! Even if you don't live in the neighborhood if you're coming from as far south as Pineville or as far north as Huntersville or anywhere in between Greystone is the place to be!

Overpriced, bad service, weird atmosphere. Just wasn't very welcoming at all. Seemed like the manager had her regulars and ignored everyone else.

Cassie was the best bartender ever, super sweet & has a great personality. Will definitely be back to see her.

After being away for nearly 20 years, I returned to the scene.Going since 1947, its the same location but a new building.It's the home of the Miami Hurricanes and they were beating the Virginia Cavaliers the Friday night James and I met up there to transition cell phones. It feels like a hometown favorite and a lot of locals there.It was not very busy and Rye behind the bar took good care of us.I had the Spanakopita which were tasty.Big parking lot and easy access to uptown from this S Blvd location.

I rarely write reviews, but credit where it's due ...Food perfectly matches the atmosphere...straight forward, simple and flavorful. Most important thing to me is consistency, in both staff and food. I'm not sure exactly how long it's been here but I know it's amongst the first generation of Charlottes restaurants and bars, and I am not surprised in the least. Cheers

Good food good ambiance good service! Great patio area - highly recommend the Triple S wings or burgers! Great drink specials as well

This place was so sketchy. Smelled like puke and the place was filthy. They do not have half of the things advertised online. Do not go here.
