This is a great spot to do some tubing. Try to come earlier in the day being as it fills up quickly. The staff are very nice and helpful. The river is absolutely relaxing and not too fast. They have a shorter version and a longer ride. The water temperature was perfect for a warm day. It really cooled us down. We chose the shorter one being as we had plans later in the afternoon. The prices are very reasonable and they have free transportation from the end of the river. Can't wait to come back and do it again.

This was an experience but I never want to experience it again. Did I have fun? Yes.Did we laugh? Yes. Did we connect with others? Yes. Connected with Nature... unfortunately, Yes. Let's see, I fell off my tube once on a bunch of rocks. My friend fell off twice. Actually went under water the first time. The rapids took us into trees, very high and wide rock areas. My butt was hit so many times I'm surprised I'm not bruised. We got stuck under a tree and literally had to maneuver ourselves by grabbing branches and pushing off with our feet to get probably around this 10+ feet tree. My neck hurts, my abs and arms got a workout. You literally have to guide yourself through certain areas to avoid everything I mentioned above, if you're able to. And the sun wasn't out so it was extremely cold. But I did it all with my college friends and their families and that's what makes it so memorable. It's an experience we can laugh about for years and others may wish to experience again. But this chick has turned in her one way ticket. I must add that your in the mountains so you'll be traveling a very winding road. Glad I wasn't driving. The staff was nice and It's reasonably priced at $10 a person. You can get life jackets if you choose. Purchase a waterproof phone case as well. It worked for my friends and the only reason we have pictures.

I liked this place. No fuss no muss. I'll definitely go back and tube again. Only thing I would change is proximity to food.

Great time. Would not recommend going on July 4th weekend. It was super busy and had to wait in line for little over an hour. It's just a busy time of the year.

The place is always packed and very disorganized. We had to take a bus to the river in which was super claustrophobic full of people and tubes inside. We got to the parking and the outfitter didn't have our cooler tube and we were told that it will be on the next bus. So waiting around for 20 minutes and still no cooler tube until the 4th bus. Once on the river it was fun and a bit of adrenaline on the way. The take out area was so rocky and really hard to get out of. After all that no one to help and take the tube pretty far to a shed.

This was an awesome experience. Did the shorter trip but wanted more. The light rapids were fun, and the calm in between those rapids was relaxing. A few tips...If you park across the street, you will see a bathroom and changing room in a cabin. On your way here, you will lose internet. Make sure you write down the directions or take screenshots of directions before going. The bus ride to launch point is three miles. If you don't want to be stuck behind crowd, get on the bus last. You will be first to get a tube. If you want best experience, don't bring anything but your bathing suit (imo). That means wear your bathing suit--don't just carry it. If you paddle, the 2.5-hour trip will take 1.5 hours. Early in the trip, you might see people chilling by their cabin and drinking. One of them might say to the other that they saw a bald eagle that morning. The other might challenge him. "I sure as hell did see a bald eagle this mornin'!" "Like hell you did. You seen a blue heron!" "I know the difference between a bald eagle and a blue heron! I done caught everything out here, even a tuber!"You can leaver your keys with the staff. They just tell you a number. Sundays less crowded than Saturdays by almost half. Highly recommend. Will do longer trip next time.

Very easy to get there and get started, pricing was great and the experience was fun. We did experience some wild life but that's to be expected. Went with a party of 9 (4 adults, 5 kids) and all the kids had a blast!

If you CANNOT swim do not go to this place. Aside from that the service was okay. Despite having already paid for our two and a half hour experience we all had to be asked to leave early due to one of the bus drivers having hit someone. No refund was offered.
