Grapevine

My wife and I stopped in after a busy morning of chores. We truly enjoyed the service and friendly personality of the young man who took care of us. They had quite a good selection of wine. My wife and I both settled on a wine flight and we also went for their high end charcuterie and cheese plate. The wine flight was exceptional good; however, the charcuterie and cheese plate was rather pedestrian. We did pick up five bottles of wine to take home. We were very pleased to see that they were not price gouging with their retail wine. If we would be here longer, we would stop again.

Such a cute little place with great service and great wine and food. They also have cute dog-friendly patio seating, but since it's colder now, I prefer sitting inside (and it's actually quieter inside if you're working or reading). They also have free wifi, so feel free to bring your laptop and get some work done while enjoying a glass of wine.I got two glasses of the Illi Prosecco, which was just lovely. Very bubbly with a yummy taste. I also ordered the french bread which we dipped in olive oil and balsamic - you have to dunk the bread to get the balsamic to soak in, but it's really yummy. Also you get a generous amount of bread for your order. It was a lovely little snack while I drank some wine and typed on my laptop.Definitely coming back here whenever I'm in Baxter!

I love this cozy spot over in Baxter. Great prices for delicious wine. I would highly recommend this spot. BUT - kids need to stay home and not run around the patio knocking shit down, licking the window, yelling etc. Having a no child policy would be perfect :)

Love love love this place! Stopped in today with my mother in law who isn't a big wine drinker, and is rather picky. The staff made a few recommendations and we ended up picking a delicious moscato. Had a lovely time people watching outside and enjoying the gorgeous day, and even bought a few bottles later based on other recommendations.Definitely will be back again soon!

This is our favorite wine bar in the Ft Mill area. Great selection of wines. You can pick your own bottle out of the retail side or ask a bartender to recommend one. The have a great selection of local craft beers and international beers as well. They also have a food menu with really good meat and cheese boards. You can sit at the bar or tables inside, also have a nice outside patio area with gas heaters on cooler nights.

Great selection of wine and always great service when we go! Rotating draft beer list is great for those non wine nights!

We walked in, and the blonde bar lady and other people behind the bar looked at us and didn't even greet us.We ended up sitting down and the blonde lady wasn't too thrilled with helping us. Not sure what it was, bit it didn't give us a very good impression. We were barely done saying what wine we wanted and my friend wanted the bread plate with dips, but she was already walking away. Strange experience, especially here in friendly South/North Carolina. She seemed to have that 'California' attitude of aloofness and rudeness.Wine was good, but was the atmosphere really worth it? Guy bartender or barback was friendlier. The blonde lady was just socializing at the bar with other patrons. Guess only interested in the 'local' clientele/regulars. Not going back.

Nothing beats this grapevine location! I was able to sit outside on a lovely Saturday evening, with the boyfriend and puppy, chat with other locals, have the wine brought out to us, and enjoy the views of the river! What more could you ask for? Ps, the vegan red wine was INCREDIBLE.

Rude staff/customers. Me and a friend were told to leave just for using their bathroom.

Shared this experience with my two friends after a run in the beautiful and quaint town of Fort Mill. I had the house cab, and they had beers. It was a cute wine shop/bar set up with comfy chairs off to the side spread out for all to enjoy each other's company comfortably. I enjoyed their idea of "Beer poker" where for only $3 what ever number you got, corresponded to the beer number on the chalk board. However, you as the customer didn't actually get to roll the dice which should have been mentioned.Overall, cute set up, not very big but enough to all be able to hang out and drink. Staff was pleasant.
