I bought a brand new EZGO golf cart from Garrett's less than a year ago. It started to cut out for no reason when driving it. I called Garretts as it is still under warranty, they came to collect it over two weeks ago and so far have failed to fix it or give me an update. This is a very expensive golf cart and I am very unhappy with their lack of communication and assistance.

We had a GREAT experience with Garrett's. My wife and I dropped in and talked with Hal Garrett. He took the time to show us around and explain all of our options. We chose a cart, gave Hal our time frame, and he had our cart ready to go in just a couple of days. Steven and the team were very good in their communication. JT delivered the cart to our door and took our old cart away. The cart was much more affordable than we realized. It was newer, nicer, and cheaper than the carts we found on craigslist and facebook. We are telling all of our friends!

If you are looking for a golf cart, this family owned and operated business should be your first stop! I have had several friends purchase a golf cart from them and loved the buying process as well as the customer service afterward.
