Another great experience with Fusion Bowl takeout. This time I had the beef and broccoli and also tried the spring roll. I definitely prefer the spring roll over the egg roll due to having more flavor with its veggies. Beef and broccoli was okay; not the best I've had but not the worst. The broccoli was crunchy and fresh which I liked. It was the beef that I wish was cooked a little more and less chewy. My sister ordered all the shrimp stuff in the bento box and loved it. She also got the lo mien and said it was really good. I think I have found that my perfect bento box here would be sweet and sour chicken, spicy tuna roll, spring roll, and lo mien.

The sesame tofu here is one of my favorites! Not super crispy, but great flavor. Can't comment on the ambiance because I picked up my order to take on a picnic (Jetton park is close by!), but the staff was very sweet.

Average Chinese restaurant. The food determined my 3 star review. The chicken appeared to be pre frozen and the egg roll was cold and less than appetizing. The honey chicken was unbelievably sweet and the fried rice was bland. The waitstaff was quick and pleasant and the ambience was average. There are many better options in the Lake Norman area for Chinese food. To be fair, I did not order any sushi any many customers had sushi on their tables.

Do you love all things asian? Sushi? Thai? Chinese? This has it all!! Do you have kids?! If you do- they have amazing kids meal specials (I believe it's Wednesday and Saturday) and they are only 2.50 and a great portion size! I loved my lunch special bento box (see photo!). It was a large portion, I had some to take home! The 2 rolls lunch special is also a great value!! I love that we found this place. We will definitely be back!

I can't wrap my head around where people are giving this establishment such a high rating. The restaurant is not pretty inside but most importantly the food is below mediocre. We had few sushi rolls and all were pretty much tasteless and bland. My wife and I are sushi lovers and we had some amazing sushi before but this was absolut disappointment. We won't be back.

I'm on the hunt for the best General Tso in CLT. Fusion Bowl only gets 4 stars.Everything about this place is pretty average, nothing amazing. That's enough to get you 4 stars in CLT. In NYC this is 3 stars.The texture was fine, the flavor was fine, the breading wasn't too much, and the chicken was somewhat tender.

I will start out by saying that the ambiance and service are both 5 stars no doubt! The restaurant is spotless front to back and has a beautiful dining area. Servers were polite and accommodating, always happy to help with whatever you need. The only thing I would point out is that the food can edge on the bland side if you're used to traditional Asian cooking. If you want something spicy, you need to tell them, or spice it up yourself.
