Always ready for pickup with a two family household in ten minutes. Never fails. Who's the "they got rats and roaches and bad management"-haha. So you saw all those in lieu of bad mgmt? Negative. Who's the other 1 star that spoke about "How a toddler could cook better, went Thelma and Louise off the deep end and ended a RANT with "the crab rangoons are good". Literally it's probably possible to Dx you with Bipolar just from the comment. Talk about a 180.Service is great! No rats! No roaches! Exceptional Management. Next?? Rate em, move on. That's, literally how Yelp works guy.

This is place is not only the WORST JAPANESE food I've ever had, but probably the WORST FOOD I've ever had. First off, the menu basically has 2 items, Meat with Soy Sauce or Meat with Teriyaki sauce. Secondly WTF is this??? I ordered the beef and Chicken plate. This is something that a 2 year old could make at home. Cubed meat, pan friend with soy sauce, nothing else. No flavor or anything. The meat (both beef and chicken) were chewy and tough.I also ordered some nigiri, salmon, yellow tail and tuna. When it came out it just looked bad to start. I smelled it and it had an off smell to it. I tasted one, and it was horrible. The rice was old and there was WAY too much wasabi on the roll. DO NOT EVER EAT HERE!!

Food was tasty but the steak was tough. Over the last two years they have decreased the steak and increased the rice as well as increased their prices. Service was adequate as the waitress had too many tables to cover. I understand hiring help has been difficult. Ambience is typical for this caliper of restaurant.

Just don't go! This place was decent over a year ago but it has steadily declined to the point where I will never be back. Food was lukewarm the steak tasted like it was reheated and just to get to the point the only thing that was good was the soup. The server didn't speak except what do you want then brought the soup salad food and my drink along with the check and never returned. DO NOT GO! Also this was the 3rd and final chance. Also to add the place needs cleaning and a face lift but what does that matter if the food and service is terrible.

I have given this place a couple of chances, thinking that my last experience may have been a bad day for them. It appears that is not the case. Placed a to-go order for the steak and chicken combo and the chicken teriyaki, both with noodles instead of rice. If you are expecting traditional Soba noodles, you'll be very disappointed as they serve plain spaghetti noodles. The steak and chicken were very bland and flavorless. The egg rolls were mushy and unappetizing. To top it off, I ordered, and paid for, extra yum yum sauce, and they didn't put it in the bag. This will be our last visit, as there must be better Japanese hibachi somewhere in the surrounding area.

Pretty fast service but food wasn't very hot, staff didn't seem thrilled about being there and the place is due for renovations. The one thing that will keep me from going back is one of the wait staff was vaping in the dining area. Pretty disrespectful to the customers.

Went to eat there today ! First time ,The egg rolls were nasty!!! We were served the spicy sushi not what we ordered but instead of sending it back ( which I hate to do ) we got a carry out box ! My lemonade was watered down and was told if it wasn't ok I could get something else, I chose to go with no drink ! When the bill came we were charged for stuff we hadn't ordered and the price went from 5.99 to 8.50 on the sushi and the lemonade was on our bill ! When we asked about the price we were told the tiny taped on sign at the bottom of the menu said prices may change so that's the new price not the price I just read on the menu !!! Not sure if other people don't check the ticket at this place but they need to !!!! Won't be going back !!!

I ordered egg rolls and they were absolutely disgusting. They were soggy and black. I told the waitress I didn't like them and she went behind the counter and she was told "she could have said she just didn't like them instead of saying they were disgusting" well, they were disgusting and that's what I'm gonna call it. Very unprofessional here. But, the crab rangoons are the best.

I have eaten at Fuji Yama for 20 years, the food is excellent and so are their prices . The food is consistently good every time I visit and the restaurant is always clean.I highly recommend this restaurant !!!
