Fuji Yama

Highly recommend dining here for delicious food at a low price. They bring you soup as soon as you sit down. The reason for a star deduction is they brought our entrees right after receiving the salad and egg roll appetizer. I would have preferred time to eat the salad ($2) and egg rolls ($2 for 2)before receiving my entree. I replaced my rice with extra veggies to my chicken hibachi($8) for $1 and then a side of fried rice for $2.50. Such a deal! I should have not ordered the rice and just ate from my friend's rice because it's a large portion. The food is fresh and they use high quality ingredients. They leave a bottle of white yum yum sauce at your table! It's so good. Plenty of parking in the attached lot. We saw many people getting take out. It's a no thrills ambiance but amazing food and affordable.

Casual hibachi, great portions and good food for the cheap prices. About the best i could ask for coming off a backpacking trip.

Worst experience ever at a restaurant. Food is mediocre at best and the staff were incompetent and incredibly rude. And furthermore they overcharged our credit card and refused to refund it. I filed a police report because this is THEFT!

You get what ya pay for. Was it the best food I've had, no. Was it cheap and filled me up after a long day working on the house, you-betcha.

Fuji Yama was a pleasant surprise. The external building is a bit dated, but the people are friendly and the food has certainly been plentiful.

Server came over promptly and greeted us with bowls of Japanese style onion soup! Very good with an unexpected hint of sweetness. Hot tea is Lipton served in a big mug lends the restaurant to an almost home-y feel.

Horrible food!! Huge globs of goop'!! Only thing I can say is the cars out front must go there to gamble in the back room. Worst Japanese food I have ever tried to eat.

My carrots, rice, chicken, broccoli, and noodles all taste like rats. How do you fuck up rice? Unfortunately Fuji Yama was my last resort because Brevard closes town on Sunday.

The food was excellent along with the service. Purchased additional meals to share with relatives and they really enjoyed the food.

Great little while in the wall restaurant! I have driven by several times amd never thought to stop and tryIt. Today my son invited to eat there and I was great! We were seated right away and the service was great. Food was amazing! I got shrimp and noodles, my husband and son got hibachi chicken! However,My favorite was the sweet carrots!! I don't I'll definitely be returning! Plus it didn't cost an arm and leg! We spent maybe 40$ total
