Fuji Japanese Seafood and Steak

The food was surprisingly good. I have to admit, I had second thoughts when we initially pulled into the parking lot but after waiting outside for a few and seeing how much traffic was there for pick up orders I decided to go in. The service was excellent!! No need to dress up, it's very casual and comfortable.

Food was hot and fresh, place was clean and not too loud. I got a fortune cookie without a fortune in it. I don't know what that means. lol they did replace it with two more tho.

Service is always great. Food is delicious. Cindy on these reviews must be unhinged Karen. I can imagine anyone who works there even saying this crazy crap. Cindy is bored.

Didn't get to eat..5 dirty tables and no place to sit..walked out...think I will walk up to the Vintage Cafe and see if they will take my money.

My GOD this place has problems!The people they hire are insanely disgusting!!!Just picked up an order in drive thru..with my boyfriend in passenger seat mind you....And the dude at the window hands bags to me and says, "your salad has been tossed".. with a big ass smile on his face. I thought NOTHING of that comment til we drove away and my boyfriend says "what the hell did he just say to you??I repeated the line, he said do you know what the that means?I thought it was a trick question...WELL, for all those out there that don't know, like I didn't know either til now, it means this- ****See photos for definition****{Sick damn person and needs to be fired!!!!This place is an utter joke.... My last time EVER going there.}I am filing a complaint against that place for the slang used that was SO INAPPROPRIATE!!!!!

I am not a regular consumer of Japanese food but when I'm visiting family in Hudson we usually get takeout from here. I get the steak sobo noodles so that's all I've tried. It tastes good I guess but I have no idea how authentic it is. The portion is large enough that I make two small meals out of it. The service is fast when we call in our order. I've never been in the place myself though so I'm not sure of the ambiance or who runs it.

Awesome group of workers the servers at the front window 10/10 service! The cooks work 24/7 the owner is AWESOME love this place shout out to the hard workers in there! I hope to see the restaurant open once again! I humbly suggest this place to try if you haven't!

Ordered takeout a few weeks ago wasn't impressed the food wasn't that good a little pricey for what you get small portions not worth going back I cook better that what they served no dine in the Covid is done open back up get help to cover the dining room

Food was bad and they are not generous with the portions .Dont waste your time or money. Go to Nakamas in hickory if you want good Japanese food.

Lady in drive thru was extremely rude. Stood well away from the window and yelled hello because we couldn't hear her talking to us. Then threw a menu at us and said "next time call before." Food is great, but with treatment like this, none of us will be returning.
