Freakshows Burger, Wings And Burritos

Love a visit to Freakshows. Big fan of the fried mac attack. The boneless wings aka "Adult Chicken Nuggets" are more than generously sized and the in-house made sauces offer great flavor. The owner is very friendly and often comes out to check on customers and make conversation. If you're a fan of rock or metal, you'll enjoy the music coming from the kitchen!

The wagyu island heat burger was great. I also enjoyed the fries. The cashier was super friendly and had lots of info regarding the menu. Clean place that feels like a club from the 90s.

Amazing! All of the food is delicious. All food is made homemade, nothing frozen. Fresh cut double fried shoestring fries were divine. All sauces are homemade expect for basics such as ketchup, mustard, and mayonnaise. Great staff & service! A little hole in the wall that deserves more credit! Don't let the location be a disservice! A great versatile menu with options for anyone and everyone!

The hype made this out to be a gourmet burger place however while the burger was not bad, it was more average. There are other choices i am eager to sample to find out the feel for their kind of food. They have guts to open a shop in a dead strip mall when this kind of shop usually does better near the busiest parts of town. But if you are looking to sample a different part of Elkin NC, then drop by. They appear to have different competitions which could be interesting to visit.

First tike here. I ordered garlic parm wings and wife ordered a burrito with fish and shrimp. Lady at register was helpful and really nice. Food came out hot and fresh. Wings could have stood tad more sauce but they were so good as is I didn't bother asking for more. Condiments were superb. Restrooms were very clean. Dining room very clean also. Will definitely be back.

Visited today for the first time for lunch. Only place open not fast food. Was welcome right way by on of the owners. Big smile and super friendly! Asked us if this was our first time and then she went thru the menu etc. The cook/owner then came out from the grill area and welcomed us.l as well. I ordered the double bacon cheese burger. One of the best burgers I've had in a super long time from a restaurant. My daughter got the wings and they were spot on. I had a couple wings with the Darn It's Getting Hot sauce and it lit me on fire. lol! Wow! My wife ordered the Philly Cheesesteak and said was really good as well. They have a great menu. Plenty to choose from. Love trying new places and especially when the food and serice is this good. Will definitely be back!

Been here several times now and have always had great service and awesome food. Burgers are fantastic (The Southern burger with carmelized onions is my favorite). Fried chicken burrito has great flavor. Many many choices! Love that they run different specials and have some pretty interesting choices as well. Everyone has been super friendly each time I've been there.

We tried a couple of their unique burgers. They were tasty. Fries were shoestring type and nothing special. Service was prompt and courteous. For Halloween they have some annoying animatronic skeletons. It was fun for about two minutes.

The food was amazing and the service was too. The ambience was fitting with the theme which was a brilliant idea. And if you are a hot sauce connoisseur this is the place to be.
