Fratelli Ristorante & Pizzeria

The food was great although very expensive. We had lasagna, meatballs, sausage, and ziti. The meatballs were pretty small but tasty anyway. We also had the calamari appetizer which was in need of some serious spices. It was like frozen calamari right from the bag to the fryer.The service was pretty bad. We sat and then a few minutes later another table was seated and their order was taken before ours. Of all the tables in the room, only one other was occupied.Of the three of us, one of our entrees came out 10 minutes after the others so one of us sat there eating off the other plates while waiting. The server never asked us if we wanted more bread or drinks. Didn't try to upsell anything either. While most people don't want to be sold something, I like knowing what else is good, so that's something the manager needs to train his staff on. For three of us our bill was over $200 so it's pretty clear to me we will not be back for a while.

I have given this place 3 solid tries. I live in Baxter and really wanted to like if for convenience, but dang it is just terrible - inconsistent food and tonight terrible service as well. Precisely why there was no one there on a Saturday nigh. When we sat down, our server literally came over and stood at our table not saying a word. She was 100% the worst server I've had in Fort Mill in the 8 years I've lived here. My husband and I both ordered glasses of wine which were approximately 3 oz pours (I used to be a server). The lasagna was the best thing (by far) we've had here. The baked penne was dry & burnt with about 4 tiny pieces of chicken. We won't be going back.

What a great place! Great staff .. Food delicious.. staying at the Cambria hotel.... 5 mins away.. Mediterranean salad absolutely delicious.. pasta bolognese... Stromboli's so delicious... pizza amazing... I rarely leave a review but I was so impressed by the owner, food and staff...had to share my new restaurant...

Overpriced, poorly cooked food, rude staff but worse owner, do not recommend. Many other places to get authentic Italian food.

Tried this for the first time ever tonight. It was absolutely delicious. I am so picky when it comes to pizza places. However, this is the closest to Sbarro I could find locally! It's extraordinary

GREAT Valentine dinner for my sweetie. Service and food were both excellent. The place was packed and the food and service were both outstanding. Love this place! Will definitely be back!!! I love Italian food and I'll testify that Frattellis is way better than Salmeri's Italian Kitchen, not far away!

Went on a Wednesday night they said they did not have the wait staff to take us I wanna be at least 45 minutes. We asked if we could sit at the bar and if I say had no bartender. Asked if we could sit at an empty table and just have a bottle of wine and there was a server available. Was advised they had nobody to get us a bottle of wine. I'd read other reviews like this, and I was shocked to see it on a Wednesday night! I won't be back.

Leave the pizza to the kids unless you like dry, minimal sauce dough. Most of the entrees are good but the pizza isn't up to par.

Owner is very rude and unprofessional as he refused to accept a 100.00 Restaurant.com gift card stating he doesn't accept any over 10.00 which I could not find posted anywhere along with the fact I used a 25.00 gift card on 5-9 and 50.00 on 5-10 with no issues. Food was good, overpriced for what it is, example 24.00 for medium pizza, but will not return nor recommend based on the owners lack of customer service. Looks like he has a history of making a bad impression.
