Frankies Chicken and Ribs

Service, meal size, attitude... I was highly disappointed especially since I can remember how much I enjoyed the former Frankie's Chicken Shack years ago when a work friend took me there to enjoy a meal after I moved my family from Virginia to here. I am willing to give it another try, though.

The food is good, but I'm not sure paying $15.78 for 8 wings is a good deal. Still, they are really good wings and I will definitely be going again at some point, since it is a local business.

This is the best chicken in the world. This is real damn dipped chicken. I grew up on this, we would drive an hour to get it. Now I fly from California for this chicken. Mrs Linda is my kinda woman, real down to earth and hilarious. The chicken never disappoint, once you start you can't stop. The tang of the vinegar, the sweetness of the molasses, that hot sauce and those secret spices. Lower-dark meat the best!

Absolutely the worst customer service I have experienced in a very long time. As a long time customer of this business, I was absolutely insulted by the self proclaimed 72 y/o lady behind the counter. I will definitely not spend another dime in this restaurant. I 100% do not recommend this restaurant!!!!! I have more that I want to say but it isn't pleasant so I will stop here!!

It was oh so wonderful to get a taste of years gone by! The chicken was just as good as it was in 1969 when I was a freshman at good ole Livingstone College in Salisbury North Carolina.

Went in around 11:30 and it wasn't to packed, ordered wings, beans and gizzards for takeout. Only had to wait about 15 mins and dang was it good! Nice to have something good to eat close to my work.

If you've ever been to Keaton's and enjoyed it, then this place is an extremely close second place. I only tried the "chicken upper" meal with collard greens and baked beans. The beans were nothing spectacular, but the collards were great. The dipped chicken was spectacular, but Keaton's hot dipped chicken breast is better (but only by a little). Bottom line--this place is way easier to get to, and almost as good as Keaton's. However, you will smell like you also were dipped in the fryer like the chicken, and you'll have to go through a full regiment of de-greasification afterwards. That being said, it's worth the grief your wife and children will give you for smelling like a fryer, and I can't wait to go back and try the ribs.

We just happened upon this place while we were building a pool near there. The woman that helped us made us feel instantly at home and was very helpful. The food was absolutely delicious and the prices were very reasonable. I will definitely go back here and bring my family next time!

Worst food I've ever had! Got the ribs and friend got upper chicken dinner. Tasted two or three days old and the bbq sauce was terrible. Don't even wanna talk about the banana pudding!!

This is one of the most over priced wing places in Cleveland! The service was god awful and the place just smells like pure GREASE!!! The wings were dry and tasted like pulled pork!!! For the price of maybe 4-5 wings you could go down to the chinese place and get 10 wings with a SIDE OF RICE!!!
