It's a small place with a grill that is maybe 4 ft. If you go with a group, expect to wait a bit. Dishes come out as they are done so eating may be a bit scattered.I had the steak which was perfectly cooked. The wine selection was broad and what one would expect for a wine shop.

Love it here! I heard they get busy quickly but I went at about 8:00 on a Friday night and didn't have to wait. The walls are covered in bottles for purchase but they have options by the glass too. I like that they had an extensive menu as most wine bars don't. We got slider, foxcroft salad and truffle fries and it was all yummy! Our server was wonderful and so attentive! Will return.

I keep hearing about this place and telling myself I need to stop in, so after a day in the office I finally did. What a hidden gem!Nice wine menu. They also let you buy bottles there and uncork.I took the bartender's recommendation and got the burger and a half order of truffle fries. Delicious!!Finished with their home made doughnuts. OMG.Looking forward to am excuse to come back! So chillax and enjoyable! Next time I'll bring my book so I can really spend some time.It can get noisy as tables fill up but I liked the lighting and woody interior.

NOPE. Not impressed. The tone of the evening was set when was greeted with a: Um do you have a reservation?! And I didn't think I needed one on a WEDNESDAY NIGHT. My friends and I were sat outside, when it was 90°, and my waiter seemed bothered that we were even there. I didn't understand how it worked as far as bottles of wine went and his attitude was not appreciated when I asked questions about how to order it. Making your patrons feel dumb doesn't win you any extra points. The food was pretty good, that's why I gave it a few stars, the burrata and grilled peaches were good, as was the Brussel sprouts & wine. But I have never been spoken to so condescendingly by every member of the staff I came into contact with. You can keep your snooty wine bar, my company & I will not be back.

Wonderful wine dinner at Foxcroft, my first one but they do them every month .Such a great menu and variety of wines to try .The wine bar itself is awesome, tons of wines to chose from to buy. Also a nice menu to have by the glass . We had a 4 course menu with an array of wonderful food by Chef Justin. Pork tenderloin in the first course was one of my faves . So tender . The two bubbly wines accompanying the dish were fantastic! Next course the French version of Shepards pie(Baeckeoffe) was my definite favorite. Thin slices of potato with beef and pork and the veggies in between with a béchamel sauce. Amazing !The chicken, Coq au Riesling, was also great and I loved the mashed potatoes. The sausage dish was good , very hearty, I'm just not a sausage fan! The wines with the last 3 courses I found one I loved and one was just eh. It's all personal taste. The last course the blueberry tart, with black pepper cream, so unusual. Not sweet at all. Interesting . The wine was like a sweet dessert wine . Again not my thing, but actually perfect with the not so sweet dessert. Foxcroft does a great job hosting these events . They also have speakers who know their wines ! The chef was stellar. Their regular food menu is also has some really good stuff . A great place for wine and appetizers/small plates . Nice for groups, dates and girls nights!

Met a few girlfriends here on a Monday. We made a reservation because it does get quite busy. Our server Mikey was awesome. He really knew the wines and was patient with our table of 6 women. Ordered a few glasses of wine and then the table was filled with burgers, pasta, brussel sprouts, truffle fries and charcuterie. We all shared the sides and the burger was delicious! Best to go with people who like to share since most meals don't come with a side. Overall, everything was really good and would rather pay for great food and wine then spend less for mediocre food. The inside is cozy, a bit loud if you're sensitive sort of thing, but we were just fine.

Place is always really busy which is great to see these days. Pretty decent selection of wines by the glass and bottles. Decent sized food menu with a lot of options but the service and kitchen are always behind, backed up or not in-sync with service. Went with 5 girlfriends the other night and we ordered 2 bottles of wine and several things to share. The whipped ricotta is definitely one of the best things on the menu. We also ordered a large charcuterie, sliders (nice because you can order a la carte), truffle fries, flat bread of the day all at the same time. About 10 minutes later 2 of the other ladies put in a pasta order and salmon. The pasta and salmon that was ordered well later came before the sliders and truffle fries?... those took a good 30 minutes to receive and came out cold. The waitress just kept brushing it off that the kitchen was backed up and sliders take longer to make. When in actuality the sliders are probably the quickest thing to make that we ordered. The large charcuterie was fine, the portions of meats could been a little more considering we ordered a large for 5 people. The crackers they came with were all crunched up and very thin. The sliders were very below expectations. The flat bread was interesting; it wasn't on a crust or dough...it almost seemed like it was on the same cracker that was on our charcuterie board or a matza cracker so it was hard to pick up and really thin. The pasta was ok. The sauce was really watery. The girl who ordered the salmon said it was good. Overall, I think this location is better than the Dilworth one but I still prefer the Waverly one best.

Robin was excellent ! Her descriptions of the wines were mouth-watering. The atmosphere was cozy & artistic. The food was tasty & the wine was delicious. I particularly enjoyed the Mulray (Santa Barbara County) Pinot Noir. Definitely worth a try. Thank you!

We attended the italian wine dinner last week. A few thoughts:It would have been very Italian and very welcoming to have something on the table when people were seated. Breadsticks or a bit of salami & cheese & a cracker would have been awesome and set the tone for the meal to follow. Perhaps a tiny beverage - an aperitif would have been lovely and possibly an opportunity for them to upsell it. As it was we sat for 15 minutes for a delayed start with nothing on the table and were offered the 'opportunity' to buy a drink before the event started. It felt cheesey. The portions were ridiculously small. While I get the intent is to produce revenue - it was advertised as a dinner - not a wine tasting. The portions were barely a few bites. Not at all the Italian style. Also - there was no dessert and it was far too noisy to converse with my dining partner. I offered these same comments to the restaurant but got no response. I would give it an expensive 'meh'.

I am very disappointed in this place. We purchased 2 $30.00 bottles of wine for a special dinner party. We were not happy with the wine. We were told it was sancere, even on the menu it says sancere, but, it is from a neighboring vineyard. Not real sancere. When we tried to exchange for a different bottle we were told no. I have been to excellent wine tasting events here but they have lost me as a customer. Buyer beware...
