Foxcroft Wine Co - Dilworth

My favorite wine bar and the best wine bar in Charlotte. Fight me on it. Hubby and I frequently come here to enjoy date nights. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. There was one time we played a game with our waiter and kept giving them our parameters on what we wanted in a wine and told them to pick the wine that fit. They gleefully excepted the challenge and nailed it every time! Small plate are all delicious so you can't go wrong. The only way you'd go wrong is if you drove past and didn't give them a try.

Foxcroft has quickly become one of our favorite go-to neighborhood wine bars. The wine selection is solid, and they have some nice bites too. I wish they'd expand the menu a little bit, but I can live with it. We love sitting on the patio when the weather is great, and the interior is warm and inviting too. Service is hit or miss, but we've never had a bad experience.

Great time with friends! Love the ambience in here, a cozy night out with wine and food. Service was great, the waiter was very knowledgeable about wine. Recommend the ricotta and flatbread!

Foxcroft is a staple that, despite the many changes in Charlotte's food/wine/cocktail scene, will be a #ForeverFave in my books. Beautiful, brightly lit & inviting location. Consistently excellent service. An impressive lineup of small plates, mains, & desserts designed to complement the wine offerings. And the wine--so many options from so many regions that you can't help but feel like your wine IQ increases with each visit. All of this plus recurring events, like the holiday bubbles tasting that I recently attended? Looking forward to many more visits for many more years!! Pro Tip: get the truffle fries!!!!

This is one of my fav date night spots (any location really) as I haven't had a bad dish and love the wine selections. Our service here has always been prompt and reservations are clutch as there isn't a ton of space, especially if you want to dine on the patio. Small plates seasonally rotate, but the fries are a must every time. Don't skip the donuts for dessert either!

Amazing wine bar (with food)! Huge bar and outdoor seating area and large selection of by the glass to chose from. You'll find yourself surrounded bottles of wine from pretty much every wine region in the world and the prices are reasonable for this Dilworth location. Friendly and knowledgeable staff so check this place out!

We came here to celebrate my dad's birthday. Servers were really attentive and the food was delicious. We ordered two specials and a salad. I made the reservation online and indicated we were celebrating so I was a little disappointed that they didn't do anything special for the my dad (discount, free dessert, etc.), but that is my only complaint.

Great food, wine and ambiance. Staff was attentive. I had the wine flight, olives, charcuterie and an entree. All delicious.

I love this neighborhood wine spot! Went with some friends to have a few glasses on the patio since the weather was so nice. The service is always impeccable. Excellent selection of wine. You WILL find something you like! The staff can help with that. The food is delightful as well. Definitely get those truffle fries....because, of course. The roasted Brussels sprouts are tasty, too. They're dressed with a Chili Soy Glaze, Roasted Butternut, Red Onions, and Cashews. Yummm. This particular day, they had a deviled egg app that came with something akin to a fried chicken nugget on top. What a great bite! And what a great place.

This is a great spot if you're going just for the wine, but the food leaves a lot to be desired. While the wine selection is impressive and the atmosphere is perfect for catching up with friends over drinks, the food is bland, lacking any real flavor or excitement. I definitely wouldn't recommend it for a meal, but if you want a cozy place to enjoy a glass of wine, it's worth a visit for the ambiance alone.
