Fortune Cookie II is my neighborhood Chinese restaurant. They are always there for me when I need some quick delicious take out. They are consistent, fast and they even remember my normal order. I've been coming here for years and have tried several things on the menu. My staples are Chicken in Garlic Sauce with Broccoli combo with fried rice and egg roll, Crispy Scallion Chicken combo with fried rice and egg roll, Chicken Fried Rice, Chicken Wings, Singapore Curry Noodles and their Chili Garlic Oil. Their portions are amazing. We always have enough food for our family of 6 and some for leftovers. The food is good as leftovers also. After eating from Fortune Cookie II you will hate all over Chinese restaurants. They are serving superior Chinese take out and I'm so glad they are close to home! i always love ordering from here since it's always fresh even when i uber eats it. it also never takes that long for the food. the service is good and what really stuck out to me is when i ordered the wrong thing and they were nice enough to not charge me and get me what i wanted. you can't dine in only take out but still satisfied.

First time buying food from Fortune Cookie (7.31.20).Ordered the following items:House fried rice, cheese wontons, spring rolls and then a fried chicken wing and fried rice plate.Good - Food flavor is good and this is the first Chinese restaurant in Charlotte that actually puts bean sprouts in their fried rice. Unlike other Asian restaurants in the area the prices are reasonable for most items.Bad - They cheat you with the chicken wings. They say that 6 wings come with the order but they really only give you 3 wings and cut them in half. That is what turned a 3 star review into a 2 star review. Not cool! People are paying for 6 wings they should receive 6 whole wings not 3 wings cut in half. DONT CHEAT YOUR CUSTOMERS.Will return and buy other things but not the wings.
