Fonta Flora Brewery

Really cute brewery in downtown Morganton - ample parking, really friendly staff, so many selections, plus wine! There was a lot of comfortable seating and space for a larger group, plus kiddos. Clean bathrooms with lots of gorgeous plants!

I love herbal beers and it seems that I don't get a hold of one for a fair span of time. But when I do it's always rewarding. This was no exception with Fonta Flora's Doom Tree. It was a great herbal style lager with a lemon feature that was really quite lovely!Easily drinkable and easy to get more than one round this brewery has all the right marks to make their Doom Tree beer a real hit for me!

You absolutely cannot go wrong here. Great beers every time, no matter the style you're looking for. In addition, I absolutely love the staff! They're just plain fun and I always enjoy interacting with them. Always a stop when we're in Morganton. Trust me, you won't be disappointed.

We would also stop at Fonta on our way to Asheville and decided to do it again. It had been a few years but the place hasn't changed. Still a great selection of beers and a very spacious area with comfy sitting areas. I also really liked their merch.

Great place! Many great brews to choose from on tap including a dark for us fans in the summer months. Staff were great and took the necessary precautions during COVID-19 to make everyone feel comfortable. Place was very clean. Will definitely return if in the area again.

I made my first visit to Morganton over the Memorial Day weekend and could not go without stopping in Fonta Flora.What a cute little gem. Fonta Flora has a small spot, with a few stools at the bar and tables around, with a few tables outside, but don't let that turn you away.Service is on point and their beer is even better. They definitely have an extensive list and everything we tried we enjoyed. I definitely will be sure to stop in again next time I'm in the area.

Like a lot of towns in North Carolina Morganton has a very cute downtown and Fonta Flora is one of the gems of the area! They are located just on the edge of town and they have good parking spots right out front.Now on to their beer! They have a wonderfully diverse line up and I say start with their 5 beer flight. I really love their Hopsbeard IPA and the Supper table is an awesome fall beer.If you are looking for a place to host an event they also have a cute back room that would be great place.

Love the idea behind the brewery. My wife and I have made Morgonton our COVID getaway. We've been staying across the street at the Marriott. I came back from the from the brewery the first time and said, I'm not sure if I love that place or hate it. As that is how I felt about their beers. I'd have one and be like hmm, and then the next beer I'd go buy some to go. Wife loved the slushy. I've been back over and over again, so I'm going with love more than hate ;). Clean and taking COVID seriously.

Small venue with excellent craft brews... will be a stop on the future Motown pub crawl!
