Holy Crap! Is that Italian? No, but it's how I felt when I tasted my Mob Boss Panini today. This place is awesome. The owners are so darn nice. This is a hidden gem. Food, perfect. Service, on point. Ambiance, casual and laid back. Coffee, paninis and a small market. Drive out of your way if you have to...but get to Flavs soon.

Love the choices of Italian products. But the sandwiches and coffee are the reason I go back.

I loved everything here ! The chai was delicious- I got it iced and with oat milk and it was very creamy. A nice balance of spices and sweetness, not watery at all. the service was really good- very kind staff. I had come in to get some work done and the music playlist was a total vibe

Looking for coffee on the drive to Charlotte and I'm SO glad we stopped at Flav's. What a gem! My husband had the mob boss panini and it was honestly one of the best paninis I've ever tasted. We both had coffee as well. The interior is charming with cafe-style seating and lots of Italian-made pasta, sauces, and olive oils lining the wall. We picked up some pasta and I can't wait to try it. Service was great with a typical local coffee shop feel. Definitely recommend stopping by for lunch or coffee if you're in the area!

What a great time my wife and I had. The coffee and alfajores were delicious, and the owners (husband and wife) were sweet and friendly. You definitely feel and taste the Italian vibe here. Definitely coming back!

This spot is a HIDDEN GEM in Indian Trail, NC. If you are ever lucky to stumble across it, you'll find great coffee, great sandwiches, and great customer service! The owner is always inside, smiling, and happy to help. On a recent visit, I ordered an Oat Milk Latte. I was feeling a little hungry, so I also ordered the Mob Boss (per Flav's recommendation) sandwich which was delicious! Sorry, I do not have any pictures... I simply inhaled that sandwich before any thought of pics came to mind. We are talking exceptional quality in meats, cheese, bread, and fresh ingredients.The only weakness to this place is probably the hours. If he opened earlier, the line would likely be out of the door every morning.Enjoy!

Staff was very friendly and sweet. My iced Carmel macchiato was amazing and my cannoli was so good! I will definitely be returning for more .

Great little place on 74. We ordered two paninis the mob boss and the egg plant special, both were fantastic. The Mob boss had authentic Italian meats and the egg plant was fresh and tasteful. The bread is homemade and fantastic. We'll be back. The owners are really nice as well. I recommend you try this place if you're in the area.

Everything is good here, nice clean place. Feels like home, we like the sandwiches, chai tea, and the tiramisu. Good family place, with games and indoor and outdoor seating. Highly recommend, employees and owner are always friendly.

First time visiting today and we are so glad we finally stopped by. Everything was amazing! The service, the drinks, and the delicious sandwiches. Very cozy and welcoming! Can't wait to come back
