Five Guys

I really want to like this place. I am a burger guy and this should be great. BUT.... I can honestly say that for $40 for 2 burgers, fries and 2 drinks ... I'd rather have Wendy's. I know I should be able to feel my money was well spent but honestly. Skip this and go to Wendy's

Look, it's hard to beat Five Guys when it comes to a solid burger that doesn't require a whole sit down restaurant experience. I know a lot of people like to complain about the price but honestly, you pay almost as much for a lot less anywhere else these days. Their burgers are consistently good and that can be hard to find so I'm willing to pay a bit more when that's what I'm craving. This was my first time visiting the High Point location but the food was just as good as I remember from other locations. The burgers are cooked fresh to order and even the smallest fry is enough to share. Staff was friendly and they seemed to have a full crew which isn't the case at a lot of places right now. I do have to knock a point for cleanliness. The floors were extremely sticky and the tables had not been cleaned off even though this was an obviously slow time with not much else for most of the staff to do. Overall I would definitely come back when I'm craving a burger that's a bit fancier than fast food without being a full sit down experience. This is a hard market to compete with burger wise but some times something like Five Guys just hits the spot. I'm glad to have one on this side of town now.

I ordered online , did my own pick up, and I did not tip. It's $25 for 2 little hamburgers and one small fry. It's already overpriced. I received insultingly thin beef patties on both burgers. There were holes in the patties because they were so paper thin. It had to be intentional. Maybe because I didn't tip and/or it was an online order. I've been unhappy with the quality before but this wasn't enough meat for a kid's burger. I will NEVER go back to this location or another Five Guys.

The food at five guys never disappoints! It's a little expensive but such a great treat. It's always clean and the staff super friendly.

Fellow Yelper Mike B. Reminded me of how good Five Guys burgers and fries are with his recent review and I had to stop into the new High Point location and try it out. It's spacious, clean, and has a super friendly staff who got my lunch out quickly and to order. I looove their shakes - very thick with lots of good mix ins and toppings. Their fries are absolutely out of this world good, and their burgers are slammed with toppings if you order "all the way". Luckily, I love mushrooms. Two slices of tomato with lettuce, mayo, pickles!!, grilled onions!!, ketchup. A perfect burger. I got the Little Hamburger because it's not little. I got the Little Fries. As you can see, the bag runners over with big natural cut soft and hot fries. Ketchup dispenser, malt vinegar bottles, and condiments readily available. I got a little cup of orange cream coke too. It's so neat when I can choose my coke flavors. Staff was cleaning up actively as I ate lunch. The environment was very welcoming and classic rock was playing. One of my best Tuesday lunches!

Good service and clean establishment but $22 for a burger and fries from a fast food chain is insane

DO NOT EAT HERE! found this in my burger. Lawsuit waiting to happen. I'm sure nobody wants a screw in their burger.

If you want perfect fries, crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, Derrick is your guy! We have only had perfect 5 guys fries, like this in New Mexico. Thank you for local perfection, Derrick!
