Five Guys

Five Guys never disappoints. Their burgers and fries are so good. They don't cook the burgers until you order one. They also cook on a grill where you can see how they are preparing your meal. When you get an order of fries you will see that you will get more than you anticipated. The staff at this location are very friendly. They make sure to take care of everything you need. You can eat inside or take your food to go. If you love peanuts you may want to stay there because you get unlimited peanuts. (Psst if you are taking your food home you can ask for a bag and fill it with peanuts). Inside is like other fast food restaurants although this location seems to be cleaner than most. I hope you enjoy the burgers and fries!

Overpriced for what you get. Fries are large portions.I come here for my fry fix and grilled cheese with bacon and tomato cravings. Until a new place comes around that can satisfy the cravings, I'm forced to come here. It's not a good value but I will continue to come here until prices become more outrageous than they already are.I know it sounds backwards and the location doesn't control prices, but price and value are a big part of my rating so it is what it is.Service is fine and employees are friendly and efficient.

I typically eat really healthy so when I suggested Five Guys to my husband because I was craving fries, he was so darn happy. (Might of shed a tear from happiness) LOL but seriously I haven't been here in a few years.So we walked in tonight and my first impression was how clean it was. We walked up to place our order and the guy was so nice and had a friendly smile on his face. I never look at people's name tags because I don't want to be weird and stare at their chest. So after we placed our order and sat down, I was disappointed that I didn't know his name to give him some yelp recognition.Our milkshake came out first and he walked it over to us. I've never had their milkshakes before and now I'm kicking myself! It was SO GOOD!!! I mixed 2 flavors and had the chocolate milkshake and had peanut butter added to it. It was topped with fresh whipped cream and a sprinkle of finely chopped Reese's. 100% worth the $5 and I would recommend that. The burgers and fries were delicious as I remember them being and satisfied my cravings. My happy moment was when I realized that the receipt stapled on our bag had our cashier's name on it. Garth M., you really impressed us with your service, attitude and beautiful smile. Our food was good and what you expect at Five guys but Garth and the milkshake were the real rock stars of our meal.

Fantastic food! Incredible service! SO clean! 100% health rating. What more could we ask for? I'm loyal to this five guys location, for sure.

Love this place! So good! Fast, friendly service and the food is always fresh and hot!!! I love coming here and the amount of food you get for your money too!!! I also enjoy that you can customize and add a ton of ingredients/toppings to your burger. The malt vinegar for your fries is amazing too! And the cajun fries! Woo! I want some right now!

First timer at this Five Guys. Pleasant and efficient staff. Not sure if I caught them at a busy spot but a few of the tables were dirty and a counter. Family said the food was good. Everyone already knows to expect pricey when coming to Five Guys. I'd come back for a burger treat for the fam if in the area.

This restaurant is located in a brand new building. Everything is fresh and clean. The inside is brightly lit with bright white and red ceramic tile walls. The parking lot is freshly paved. I have eaten at a Five Guys before so I knew what to expect and what to order. I ordered a little cheeseburger all the way- as did my date. We split a regular order of fries. The little cheeseburger is NOT little. It was big enough for me. The fries here are really good. They are fresh cut potatoes. They keep their potatoes in the dining area still in their original bags. Another table ordered a milkshake that looked really good. My food was delicious. The place was clean. The employees were nice. This place met or exceeded my expectations.

I started eating at Five Guys at least 10 years ago when the price was affordable. At this point in my financial situation, Five Guys has now overpriced themselves out of my budget. My wife loves it because she can get a lettuce wrapped burger custom made to her gluten free allergy. We share the Little Fries and I buy the cheapest Hog Dog on the menu. We leave paying over $20+. I will grudgingly pass them by when I'm in the Concord Mills area. The food is great tasting and the service is the best.

Average hamburger but excellent fries and lots of them. Milkshake was good. Kind of pricey.

Sticker Shock! Be a while since I've been. $20 for burger fries & drink is obscene. Thank god got a grill at home. Won't do that again. Taste good but not $20 good.
