I had dinner here tonight with friends - I have always loved Firebirds, and thought it would be a great spot for a nice dinner. Unfortunately, it seems this place has gone downhill over the years. Here's a summary:The good:1. Bonnie the bartender was nice, professional, and attentive. The drinks were good.2. The steak - I got a 7 oz. filet with shrimp. It was cooked accurately, and very tender. I should have done the 9 oz. filet with no shrimp, as they added nothing to the dish.3. The appetizers and sides - lobster queso and bacon deviled eggs were very good appetizers. My broccoli was great, and everyone enjoyed their potatoes too.The bad:1. The service - three of us ordered salads as starters, and they came after the entrees. The BLT salads had vinaigrette on them, which was a terrible combination. The same three people ordered dessert and a coffee drink, and those drinks came out 15 minutes after the desserts, and they were lukewarm. 2. Carrot cake - a thin slab of cake that tasted like they got it from a grocery store bakery. It was just awful. 3. The steak - Yeah, I know...I had it under "the good". My friend got the garlic sirloin, and offered me a piece. It was like the sole of a boot: so tough and chewy that I wanted to spit it out.Overall, I think that some locations are better than others, and we went to the worst Firebirds location of them all. I would go anywhere else before returning here.

Always a good time when I go here. I sit and the bar and the staff is always great, when I have dined in the staff has also been amazing. Highly recommend is you just want to grab a drink at the bar or if you want some solid food they don't disappoint.

I really enjoyed my time here. I went in a Saturday evening and the restaurant was bustling but was seated right away. Service was great! I ordered a lemon drop martini, some kind of seafood dip, and cajun rib eye steak (forgot to take a picture) which was cooked to my liking (perfection). I look forward to returning to try other items.

This place never misses for me! But our server today, knocked it out the park. Brie was on point from the moment we were seated until we walked out. We ended up here today because of the weather and or anniversary plans were ruined! I was so in my feelings, she had know idea we were celebrating our anniversary and just how much her wonderful personality made this evening turn around for us. Oh yeah, the food and Firebird Sangria was slamming too!

Came for brunch with friends before shopping. It was packed due to the holiday weekend. We had a reservation so we didn't have to wait long to be seated. Our waitress was friendly but not attentive and the service was slow. My friend and I ordered eggs benedict's. The eggs were boiled all the way through, and the spinach underneath had a vinegar taste. While the brunch dishes were disappointing, my other two friends enjoyed their salads and steak. Hopefully the food and service is better during the week.

There is a new Firebirds under construction in Fort Mill right now.Everyone I've talked to is so excited for it to open.I was playing golf in Mooresville and decided to stop in here on my way home to get an early dinner.I had great service from Nara, really nice and very professional. She told me that the GM named Jeff and the Head Chef named Tyler are taking over the the Fort Mill location when it opens.I had 3 of the fish tacos which were outstanding. They come with either grilled or blackened flounder on a flour tortilla. Done just right and so good. For my side, I got the BLT salad with the house vinegerette dressing which was so good.An all around great experience!

Had lunch with friends today at the Northlake location and the food was delicious. This has become our girl day out eating spot. We spoke with the manager and wanted to let him know how delicious the food is but also to commend the friendliness, efficiency, and attention of our waiter. His name is Landon. Awesome food and service!

I visited the restaurant recently, on 23nd February around 8:30pm and while it wasn't busy with plenty of empty tables, I was seated at a table that hadn't been properly cleaned. There were still water stains on the surface. When my food arrived, I also wasn't given a fork and knife and had to ask for them myself.Additionally, there was a noticeable inconsistency in the quality of the broccoli in my dishes. One had fresh, vibrant broccoli, while the other had pale, aged-looking broccoli.I hope this feedback helps improve the overall dining experience. Thank you!
