Firebirds Wood Fired Grill

We kept asking ourselves - Why don't we go to Firebirds more!?We had a gift card and decided to put it to use. They have a 3 course menu for $39.95 which turns out to be the biggest bang for your buck! I got a BLT salad (they have the GOOD RANCH if you know you know), salmon & shrimp, and brownie sundae. My husband got a Caesar salad, prime rib, and white chocolate bread pudding. Everything was delicious and we both left full. The salmon was perfectly cooked and seasoned well. The prime rib was nicely flavored and the au jus/horseradish were tasting toppings. I'm going with 4 stars instead of 5 because the prices were a little steep for a chain restaurant and the steaks do not come with a starter salad. Overall, solid spot!

Went here for lunch. I ordered the Perfect Pair and my choices were the cheeseburger and BLT salad. Atmosphere is casual with appeal to the typical corporate type.First thing we were served was a small sesame loaf with butter. This was delicious and we were actually able to get another loaf. The salad was really good too. In fact, I liked it better than the cheeseburger. The burger was overly salty and I had to ask for mustard and ketchup.The waitress did a fine job keeping up with drink refills and checking on how we're doing. We were also checked on by a manager. For what we got the price was in line for the area. Overall I might go back if it's for a work lunch, but there are other choices and there wasn't enough "wow factor" to make me go out of my way to return.

I wrote a review avout how bad the good was cooked.... and how the double charged. They told me to email them to correct it. I did email... and they never replied. They said to do this to look good. But in reality they don't care... besides bad chefs... they have a horrible attitude about their customers. Spread the word!

Wanted a grill flavor restaurant but not so much a steak house so we came here, I am glad we made reservations because if not we would be waiting for sure. Our waitress was amazing. The ambiance was nice but it was noisy and crowded for sure. We ordered drinks. And then food. It didn't take too long for the food. I had the Chilean sea bass and shrimp with rice pilaf and asparagus, the others had the rib eye with fries. Everything was delicious. Very tasty.

Service was good. Restaurant is comfortable. Baja shrimp pasta and Firebirds Durango Burger were really good. Bacon deviled eggs were great with a nice spicy sauce on the sides. This was an upper mid class restaurant. We liked it and will be back.

I had to be in the area for some business so I stopped in for a Tuesday lunch and sat at the bar.It was kinda slow in the bar and the restaurant but the patio seemed busy as it was a nice weather day.I had the steak tacos and a BLT salad with the vinaigrette dressing.The tortillas are a mix of flour and corn and hold together well for all the goodness and they pack into them.It was a premium cut of beef, maybe sirloin but not filet. It was good flavor but difficult to get a bite without collapsing the entire taco.It was big and three is more than a meal for most people. I ended up with a 'go box'.The service was outstanding and the value for the food quality was really good.I especially liked the patio, someone secluded and quiet and a great place when the weather suits.

So my husband and I had not been to Firebirds in a number of years or last time there was less than stellar. I have been there twice recently. Once my husband and I went for the bar munchies during happy hour. We sat at the bar the food was phenomenal. The drinks were great and it didn't pack a wallup to our pocket books. Last night I went with some friends. It was not during happy hour time. It was much later to my surprise. The place was packed and it appears to be a very healthy and thriving restaurant at this time. I had the fillet salad. The steak was cooked perfectly. A medium rare tasted delicious. The lettuce was fresh. It was a perfect light dinner. My friend had the hot chicken sandwich. It looked delicious. She said it was fantastic. We were extremely happy with the service we were checked on many times by both the manager and our waiter and it couldn't have gone better.

My family went to this restaurant for the first time yesterday, 1/24/25. The atmosphere was nice, and the staff was friendly. The food was perfectly done. The only complaint I have is that the service was not good at all. For the money you pay, I expect top-notch everything. Soley for that reason I will not be going back there. I asked the waiter what the sauteed carrot salad was. I thought it would be something new for me to try. He laughed and said he didn't know. It was probably a salad with carrots. I asked 3 times for straws but never got them. They ended up comping a glass of wine for my husband. SO SLOW! The waiter could have been new, but then someone should have jumped in to help him out. Every server seemed to be looking out for number one and not thinking as a team.

Recently dined here and truly enjoyed my food! The 3 course meal is a perfect combo for a yummy appetizer, meal and delicious dessert! The food here is pretty consistent, service and ambiance all the check the boxes for me! Treat yourself
